Find out riders not maintaining hygiene standards of their uniform, food bag/box and keeping their bikes timely serviced. On the spot verification of rider and bike documents (Driving License, Emirates ID, Mulkiya etc) as per local laws. Monitor and control the rider s behavior towards restaurant/customer and vice versa. Visit high restaurant density areas during demand peak times to ensure riders are maintaining safe distance. Assist riders community (irrespective of the company) in emergency situations (accidents, breakdowns etc) Perform the vital public services of protecting life and property.
