Fully accredited by the Private Universities Council (PUC), the University offers a wide range of academic programs in Engineering, Business, and Arts and Social Sciences. <p>The primary role of the Facilities Supervisor is to supervise the day-to-day facilities operations across the university campus, ensuring that all buildings, systems, equipment, and support services are maintained in a safe, efficient, and operational condition. The Facilities Supervisor is responsible for coordinating maintenance activities, monitoring contractors, supervising technical and support staff, ensuring timely completion of work orders, and maintaining compliance with health, safety, and university standards.</p>

<p> <em>Operations & Maintenance</em> <br> Supervise daily maintenance activities for civil, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and building systems. <br> Conduct routine inspections of university buildings, facilities, and external areas. <br> Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are implemented and completed on time. <br> Monitor equipment performance and coordinate corrective maintenance activities. <br> Support emergency response and breakdown rectification activities. <br> Support various other departments during campus-wide events, ensuring the spaces are prepared.</p>
<p> <br> <em>Team Supervision</em> <br> Supervise technicians, handymen, drivers, tea boys, and outsourced facility staff. <br> Allocate daily work assignments and monitor staff productivity. <br> Conduct toolbox talks and ensure compliance with safety procedures. <br> Monitor attendance, discipline, and performance of assigned staff. </p>
<p> <br> <em>Work Order Management</em> <br> Review and prioritize work orders received through the Helpdesk System. <br> Ensure service requests are completed within agreed service levels. <br> Verify quality of completed works and close work orders accordingly. <br> Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports. <br> </p>

<p> <em>Contractor Management</em> <br> Supervise contractors performing maintenance, renovation, and project works. <br> Verify contractor compliance with scope, quality, safety, and schedule requirements. <br> Report contractor performance issues to management. <br> </p>
<p> Participate in site inspections and project handovers. </p>
<p> <br> <em>Health, Safety & Compliance</em> <br> Ensure compliance with university policies and HSE requirements. <br> Support fire safety inspections, emergency drills, and regulatory audits. <br> Identify facility risks and report corrective actions. <br> Ensure safe working practices for staff and contractors. </p>
<p> <br> <em>Asset & Inventory Management</em> <br> Monitor facility assets and report equipment condition. <br> Maintain records of tools, spare parts, and consumables. <br> Assist in preparing maintenance material requests and inventory controls. <br> Support annual asset verification exercises. </p>
<p> <br> <em>Reporting</em> <br> Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly facilities reports. <br> Report major breakdowns, incidents, and operational concerns. <br> Assist management in budget monitoring and maintenance planning.<br> Assist in defining the requirements for facility maintenance services needed for the campus.</p>
<p> <br> <em>Availability & Nature of Work</em> <br> Available to work before or after the official University hours to follow up on certain tasks.<br> Available to work on weekends, as and when need arises.<br> </p>

<p> <em>Education </em> <br> Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.<br> Professional certifications are an advantage.</p>

<p>The Driller is responsible for ensuring that the work in and around the drill floor and BOP as well as the rig up and rig down procedures and the drilling operations occurs in a safe and effective manner thereby meeting and / or exceeding Nabors Drilling Company's and the contracting Company's goals and objective for safety, production and budget. The Driller works under the direction and supervision of the Rig Manager. By leveraging its core competencies, particularly in drilling, engineering, automation, data science and manufacturing, Nabors aims to innovate the future of energy and enable the transition to a lower carbon world. Ability to perform essential functions of this position with or without reasonable Accommodations. Minimum 3 years experience as Driller with 3000 HP Rig Strong knowledge of the Floorhand, Motorhand and Derrickhand positions. Ability to wear respiratory protective devices. Ability to communicate in English - read-write -speak fluently.</p><p>Preferred Qualifications:</p><ul><li>High school diploma, certificate or equivalent</li><li>AC and/or SCR Rig experience</li><li>Completion of Certified Driller Level - Well Control course that is unexpired</li><li>Experience using computer and multiple screens to monitor drilling activities</li></ul><p>Anticipate potential problems, pre plan and implement corrective action in a timely manner thereby helping to ensure outcomes reach company goals for the drilling operations</p><p>Work with the Rig Manager to assist with post analysis reviews of critical actions and implement ongoing best practice activities for future operations.</p><p>Ensuring the safety of the drill crew and all support personnel working in and about the drill floor. Oversee proper rig up and rig down, continual preventive maintenance and repair of the equipment used in the drilling operations along with ensuring continual cleaning and housekeeping in and about the drill floor. Ensure drilling operations follow established plan. Substitute for a Floorhand in the absence of a trained Floorhand</p><p>Together with the Rig manager, continually train and develop employees working on the drilling rig so as to meet the employee's career goals while at the same time meeting the needs of the company.</p><p>Responsible for monitoring the progress of the drilling operation, determine when bits need to be changed while operating pumps, rotary table, draw-works and drill pipe. Ability to operate rig utilizing rig controls while monitoring operation of various equipment (pump pressures, weight indicator, drill string weight, etc.) Knowledge of Drilling rig equipment capacity and functionality including but not limited to Canrig Top Drives, accumulator units, draw works. Adjust mud pumps to maintain the proper circulation rate.
