The mandate is deliberately weighted towards controllership and financial reporting: designing the close, the chart of accounts, the reporting pack and the control framework correctly the first time, so that Kuwait scales without accumulating reporting debt.</p><p>1. <p>KBR’s Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS) group is looking for a Lead Construction Engineer – Civil/Structural (Marine) to monitor the execution of the project by the EPC Contractor assigned by the client (KNPC) in Kuwait.</p>
<p>The project assigned to the contractor is to design and build an Oil Pier New Arm Facility in Kuwait. It consists of approach trestle, loading platform, control tower building, O&M building, packaged substation, loading arm and control system, access platforms, mooring dolphins, and breasting dolphins.</p>
<p>The Lead Construction Engineer – Civil/Structural (Marine) will be assigned in KNPC Kuwait site office during the construction stage. Prior to this assignment, he will be assigned in KBR Kuwait office during the ongoing engineering stage with the main responsibility to review EPC Contractor’s deliverables from the perspective of construction methodology.</p>
