<p>Coordinate all disciplines involved in mechanical supply packages (from PO placement and handover by Purchasing, taking full responsibility for the contract until final Practical Completion on Site), acting as the main interface between supplier, project organization, and site execution teams.
Manage and control the full lifecycle of mechanical packages from engineering alignment through to site installation and completion.
Lead supplier Kick-Off Meetings (KoM), ensuring contractual, technical, planning, and execution requirements are clearly understood and aligned.
Manage vendor documentation flow and deliverable tracking across project departments.
Coordinate interfaces between engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and site teams to ensure full execution alignment.
Monitor contractual milestones and critical events, ensuring timely execution and initiating recovery actions in case of delays.
Track vendor progress and manufacturing status, identifying risks, deviations, and schedule impacts, and implementing mitigation actions.
Coordinate inspections, FAT/SAT activities, and quality documentation to ensure compliance with project specifications and ITP requirements.
Coordinate logistics and delivery activities, including shipment planning, delivery follow-up, and site receiving and inspection processes.
Manage financial coordination activities including bonds, milestone certificates, invoicing processes, and cash flow follow-up.
Support cost control and planning functions through accurate progress reporting and package status updates.
Supervise and coordinate site mechanical works including equipment assembly, erection, installation, testing, pre-commissioning, and mechanical completion.
Provide technical and coordination support during site assembly of mechanical equipment and packages.
Support punch-list management and ensure timely closure of erection-related items.
Coordinate issuance of erection completion certificates and facilitate smooth transfer of systems from Construction to Commissioning teams.
Ensure proper coordination between Construction, Quality, and Commissioning teams during site execution and completion phases.</p><p>Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
Minimum 10 years of experience in EPC water or industrial infrastructure projects
Strong experience in mechanical supply packages and vendor coordination
Experience coordinating multidisciplinary EPC project environments
Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, piping, equipment installation, logistics, and commissioning processes
Experience with FAT, documentation control, and vendor progress monitoring
Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills
Ability to work in multicultural and site-based EPC environments
