• Ensure inbound inventory is captured on the system prior on offloading items in the warehouse<br>

• Carry out full inspection audits for packaging and labeling quality of offloaded items<br>
• Maintain and organize daily shift rota of personnel<br>
• Responsible in planning the resource used in offloading & putaway <br>
• Recheck if offloaded items are placed on the correct pallet type <br>
• Check and support management in achieving daily targets set by BU<br>
• Recommends any improvements to the management to meet standard KPI<br>
• Provide reports set by management for daily review of Warehouse activities<br>
• Participation in internal /external reviews as required<br>
• Responsible to ensure all personnel under him has proper Sap training<br>
• Recommends for promotion and training of personnel<br>
• Lead by example on Health & Safety behavior – enforcing good practice amongst team leaders and operations staff.<br>
• Support Management in reduction of operational costs against agreed forecasts & budgets<br>
• Ensure that containers offloaded as per target daily <br>
• Responsible to team container assignment as per manpower capacity<br>
• Report any discrepancies received on containers offloaded (damages / Shortages / Excess)<br>
• Ensure that pending putaway on floor will be prioritized in binning <br>
• Closely coordinate with Fleet Supervisor for container status to ensure offloading will not be delayed<br>
• Coordinate /Monitor materials required for offloading (pallets , shrink wraps, etc)<br>
• Ensure lag time is not more than 24 hours unless approved by management<br>
• Ensure no hanging Outbulk on system unless approved by Management<br>
• Provides feedback for Inbound improvements<br>

<p>Manage the daily maintenance operations of the Main Communications Facility (MCF) in support of the LCV contract on Camp Arifjan, Kuwait. The Facility Maintenance & Repair Supervisor provides technical/operational guidance and supervision of to teammates and Subcontract personnel as required to ensure compliance with the performance work statement (PWS) for the following functions: operation and maintenance, infrastructure, utilities, and preventive/corrective maintenance. The Passport must have 3 years remaining before expiring, and 6 Blank pages available at the time of hire and deployment.</li><li>Must be able to pass and clear CENTCOM Army MOD Physical and requirements for deployment (will attend CRC/ DIDC Training).</li><li>Must be able to obtain Kuwait PCC clearance and Visa, prior to deployment.</li><li>Security Clearance Requirements: Must be able to obtain and maintain a US Govt NAC-I (T1) Public Trust Security Clearance.</li><li>Must be able to obtain and maintain facility credentials/authorization.</li><li>US Citizenship is required to obtain a Clearance and for facility credentials/authorization to work at this facility.</li><li>Additional and Preferred Qualifications : Thorough knowledge of aircraft mechanical component troubleshooting, repair procedures and replacement of parts.</li><li>Broad knowledge of aircraft sheet metal/structural modifications and repair.</li><li>Basic knowledge of electrical theory and a thorough knowledge of aircraft unique tools such as test equipment, torque wrenches, dial indicators, micrometers, sheet metal brakes and sheers.</li><li>Working knowledge of technical publications and Logistics Information Systems.</li><li>Able to prioritize workloads to maintain schedules on assigned projects and may be required to lead teams through more complex aircraft relevant tasks.</li><li>Participate in maintenance test flights and operation checks as required.</li><li>Possess the level of experience to inspect all required aeronautical type maintenance to be performed by Mechanics.</li><li>The incumbent receives technical guidance, as required, from supervisor or higher-level technician, will occasionally be required to lead teams through more complex aircraft relevant tasks, and may be required to make entries in aircraft logs and records.</li><li>Physical Requirements/Working Environment Must be able to walk and stand on level and/or inclined surfaces for extended periods throughout the day.</li><li>Must be able to climb stairs, ramps, ladders, and work stands.</li><li>Must be able to crouch, crawl, grasp or handle objects, use finger dexterity, bend elbow/knee and reach above/below shoulders.</li><li>May be required to lift heavy objects whose weight may exceed 50 pounds.</li><li>Must be able to type using a standard keyboard to communicate through e-mail and various software applications.</li><li>Will handle dirty parts and lubricants.</li><li>Will be required to wear proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).</li><li>Must be able to pass a Respirator Physical and Fit Test qualification.</li><li>May be required to operate power vehicles, machinery, hand tools, ground support equipment, forklift, etc.</li><li>Must be able to lift/push/pull minimum of 50 pounds.</li><li>May work in maintenance shop or outside.</li><li>Must be able to work in a shop where the environment is drafty, noisy, and dirty.</li><li>May be exposed to extreme noise from operating equipment.</li><li>May be exposed to electrical shock hazards or work near moving mechanical parts or vehicles.</li><li>May be expected to work in austere environments and all-weather conditions</li></ul>
