Key Responsibilities: Maintenance Management: Develop, implement, and continuously improve preventive, predictive, and corrective electrical maintenance programs for land drilling rigs. Ensure maximum reliability and availability of drilling electrical systems and associated equipment. Plan and supervise major electrical overhauls, rig upgrades, and refurbishment projects.
