<p><h4>Job description</h4>
<p>Employee will be part of the deployment pool and will be required to support deployments to various CONUS/OCONUS locations as required. This position will require the member to be flexible in the support of assigned deployment/work schedules.</p>
<p>Prepares weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual utilization schedules for maintenance. Maintains proficiency in operations of the USAF Maintenance Information System including Core Automated Maintenance System (CAMS), Centralized Engine Management System (CEMS), and other maintenance management database library programs. Maintains equipment records in library files. Collects, reviews, and files documented information for planning and scheduling of various maintenance activities. Ensures accurate documentation is maintained for aircraft engines, munitions, missiles, AGE configurations, Time Compliance Technical Orders, time change items, and special inspections.</p>
<p>USAF equivalent position is Aircraft Scheduling & Documentation Apprentice.</p>
<h4>Essential responsibilities:</h4>
<ul>
<li>Assist in the preparations of the weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual utilization schedules for maintenance.</li>
<li>Will oversee TCTO process for completion and proper documentation with IMDS and/or CEMS.</li>
<li>Maintains assigned aircraft/equipment records in database library files within IMDS and/or CEMS.</li>
<li>Assists in the collection, review, and filing of documented information for planning and scheduling of RPA maintenance activities.</li>
<li>Ensure accurate documentation is maintained for aircraft engines, munitions, missiles, AGE configurations, Time Compliance Technical Orders, time change items, and special inspections.</li>
<li>Performs all other duties as assigned or requested.</li>

<h4>Minimum requirements:</h4>

<li>Must have high school diploma or have completed relevant military and/or vocational technical school curriculum.</li>

<li>Must be able to gain/maintain CEMS access for engine management purposes.</li>

<li>Must be able to lift, carry and/or wear military issued equipment in excess of 50 pounds for extended periods.</li>
<li>Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English.</li>
<li>Must have had an active secret US government clearance within the last 12 months. Note: US citizenship is required to obtain a secret clearance.</li>
<li>Must be able to maintain required DoD security clearance commensurate with the assigned duties during employment.</li>

<p>Directly responsible for providing on and off post housing. Coordinates payments of all building leases and utilities. Directly responsible for providing billeting for over two hundred permanent party Soldiers. Directly responsible for providing living quarters for TCS, TDY or R&R Soldiers daily. Manages the day to day cleaning. Directly responsible for providing and maintaining Billeting On-post for U.S. Military, DOD Civilians, and Coalition Forces. Directly responsible for property book accountability of all equipment for the Billeting office. Manages property inventory using an automated supply data base for leased units. Perform Quality Control on receipt of new equipment. Supervises multi-cultural team of personnel in delivery, receipt, issue and return of equipment and supplies. Direct, track and maintain records for change of hand receipt holders. Oversees the processing of adjustment documents to reflect losses, gains or applicable changes. Performs turn-ins of excess or unserviceable equipment. Establishes and Maintain supporting documents, files of all issued equipment for the housing section. Works in a challenging and fast pace job with lots of last minute changes, that you must attend to as fast as possible, in order to satisfy the customer.</p>

Manage the day to day cleaning of billets which house the PCS, TCS, TDY, and R&R Soldiers. Oversee the administrative processing and maintenance of Housing documents to reflect losses, gains or applicable changes of personnel and equipment. Plans, develops, and directs logistical and coordination support for multiple and simultaneous billeting and furnishings support requirements. Interfaces with designated government representatives (i.e. COR, ACO, ACC), Vectrus Management, and other Vectrus Contractor elements to assure smooth operations and compliance with Government directives, standards, and needs. Responds to all Quality/Safety non-compliance concerns/issues (i.e. Customer comments, ICARs, NCR s) to quickly resolve findings, identify, and implement measures to prevent further occurrences. Develops Billeting Occupancy Plans, SOP s, Work Instructions, and training plans that support contractual requirements. Reviews and approves bi-monthly work schedules, subordinate work assignments, time cards, and initiates overtime forecasts requests as needed to meet mission requirements. Responsible for Key control, property book, and GFE accountability of all equipment for the Billeting office. When opening occur in the sections, request replacements through the Sr. Billeting Manager, and assists as necessary in the interviewing process and recruitment of potential candidates for employment to housing. Performs other duties and assignments as required.</p>

<li>Approximately 3 years of hotel/housing experience with at least 1 year of reservation/scheduling experience.</li>

<li>A thorough understanding of Furnishings management including all facets of military in and out-processing.</li>
<li>Working experience of inventory and rotation operations.</li>
<li>Preferred Supervisory experience and two to three years of experience managing junior leadership and entry-level employees.</li>
<li>Fluent in spoken and written English.</li>
<li>Familiar with military rank structure, and US Army regulation and pamphlets.</li>
<li>Proficient in intermediate-level MS Office software applications such as Word, Excel, Access and Power Point.</li>

<p>Under supervision of Management Operations Center Manager, performs a full range of tasks to ensure V2X and its subcontractors have a culture of compliance and zero tolerance for Trafficking in Persons (TIPs) in accordance with (IAW) US Public Law (USPL), the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), USG supplements thereto, as well as Local Laws. Manages employee trainings and implementing other management methods as assigned to ensure compliance with regulations and internal controls. Manages team that reviews and enforces compliance with standards or regulations imposed by contract requirements and the company s internal guidelines.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><p>This position description is subject to change at any time as needed to meet the requirements of the program or company. Applies knowledge of international standards related to exploitative child labor, forced labor, and human trafficking to specific case contexts.
