<p>We are seeking an experienced Senior Corporate Card acquisition manager with experience in virtual payment solutions to drive the growth, commercialization, and adoption of corporate cards solutions in a leading issuer in Kuwait.</p><p>The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience from the payments solutions industry or a leading financial institution, with a strong background in commercial cards, virtual payments, virtual cards, B2B payments, T&E solutions, corporate client acquisition, and relationship management.</p><p>The role will focus on expanding the corporate payments portfolio, developing strategic partnerships, driving client acquisition and onboarding, supporting product commercialization initiatives, and managing key corporate relationships across large enterprises, government entities, and multinational organizations.</p><p><strong>Core Responsibilities and Accountabilities:</strong></p><p><strong>Commercial Card & B2B Payments Growth:</strong></p><ul><li>Drive acquisition of new corporate clients for commercial card, Virtual cards and B2B payment solutions</li><li>Develop and execute sales strategies to grow corporate card spend, virtual card volumes on supplier payments, procurement, T&E solutions</li><li>Identify opportunities across T&E, procurement, accounts payable, fleet, purchasing, and virtual card use cases.</li><li>Build and manage a pipeline of corporate opportunities across large corporates, SMEs, and government entities.</li></ul><p><strong>Product Commercialization & Enablement:</strong></p><ul><li>Develop go-to-market plans for commercial card and payment solutions.</li><li>Execute client outreach campaigns, sales enablement activities, and product awareness initiatives.</li><li>Create use-case-led value propositions tailored to key industry segments.</li><li>Coordinate product launches, client onboarding, and implementation activities.</li></ul><p><strong>Implementation & Stakeholder Management:</strong></p><ul><li>Partner with operations, risk, product, and implementation teams to ensure seamless onboarding.</li><li>Support client implementation of corporate card programs, virtual card solutions, and expense management capabilities.</li><li>Monitor onboarding progress and address client issues proactively.</li><li>Ensure a high-quality customer experience throughout the sales and implementation lifecycle.</li></ul><p><strong>Client Management & Portfolio Development:</strong></p><ul><li>Manage strategic relationships with CFOs, finance directors, procurement heads, and treasury teams.</li><li>Conduct clients need assessments and identify opportunities for upsell and cross-sell.</li><li>Drive portfolio expansion through increased card penetration and incremental spend capture.</li><li>Serve as a trusted advisor on payment optimization and working capital strategies.</li><li>Ensure a high-quality customer experience throughout the sales and implementation lifecycle.</li></ul><p><strong>Strategic Partnerships:</strong></p><ul><li>Identify and develop strategic partnerships with fintechs, travel management companies, ERP providers, and procurement platforms.</li><li>Collaborate with ecosystem partners to accelerate implementation and portfolio growth.</li><li>Drive engagement with internal and external stakeholders to execute strategic growth initiatives.</li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li>8-15 years of experience in Commercial Cards, Corporate Payments, B2B Payments, Corporate Banking, Business Development, Portfolio Management, Corporate Sales.</li><li>Demonstrated experience engaging with CEOs, CFOs, Treasury Teams, Procurement Leaders, Finance Directors, Corporate Decision Makers.</li><li>Strong network within corporate banking and large enterprise sectors.</li><li>Proven track record of exceeding revenue and portfolio growth targets.</li><li>Passion for driving adoption of innovative payment solutions and digital commercial payment products.</li><li>Mandatory Skills: Previous experience within Banking, Digital Payment & Card solutions or the FinTech industry.</li><li>Strong background working with corporate payment solution providers.</li><li>Regional experience across the GCC, including working in a faced-paced matrix organisation.</li><li>Excellent communication skills in English (written, verbal, and presentation); Arabic preferred.</li><li>Preferred Skills: The ability to analyse data, troubleshoot payment issues, optimize processes, and make data-driven decisions.</li><li>Good understanding of payment systems, digital platforms, system workflows, security basics, and industry technologies.</li><li>An understanding of regional regulations across financial services or payment networks.</li></ul>

<p><h4>Position summary</h4>
<p>Respond and attend to guest repair requests. Communicate with guests/customers to resolve maintenance issues with little to no supervision. Perform preventive maintenance on tools and equipment, including cleaning and lubrication. Visually inspect tools, equipment, or machines. Carry equipment (e.g., tools, radio). Identify, locate, and operate all shut-off valves for equipment. Maintain maintenance inventory and requisition parts and supplies as needed. Assure each day’s activities and problems that occur are communicated to the other shifts using approved communication programs and standards.</p>
<p>Display advanced ability to read standard blueprints and electrical schematics concerning plumbing and HVAC. Display above average engineering operations skills and strong general mechanical ability. Display proficiency in at least three of the following categories, above average skills in three more of the following categories and basic skills in the remaining categories: air conditioning and refrigeration, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, pneumatic/electronic systems and controls, carpentry and finish skills, kitchen equipment, vehicles, energy conservation, and/or general building management. Display solid knowledge and skill in the safe use of hand and power tools and other materials required to perform repair and maintenance tasks.</p>
<p>Safely perform highly complex repairs of the physical property, electrical, plumbing and mechanical equipment, air conditioners, refrigeration and pool heaters—ensuring all methods, materials and practices meet company standards and local and national codes—with little or no supervision. Troubleshoot and perform repairs on all types of equipment (e.g., pump and motor replacement), plumbing (e.g., plunge toilets and unclog drains), electrical equipment including lamps, air conditioners, HVAC equipment, cosmetic items, extension cords, vacuum cleaners, internet devices, replace electrical switches and outlets, and program TVs. Use the Lockout/Tagout system before performing any maintenance work.</p>
<p>Display advanced knowledge of all engineering computer programs related to preventative maintenance, energy management, and other systems, including devices that interact with such programs. Perform advanced troubleshooting of hotel Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems. Display the ability to train and mentor other engineers as necessary. Display ability to perform Engineer on Duty responsibilities, including readings and rounds.</p>
<p>Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report any maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries; complete safety training and certifications; and properly store flammable materials. Ensure uniform and personal appearances are clean and professional, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets.</p>
