<h2 class="h5">Job description</h2> <div class="t-break" data-jb-field="description"> <span>Long Description <br><br>Job Summary <br><br>Job Responsibilities <br> Job description </span><p><strong>Job Purpose:</strong></p><br> <ol> <li>To ensure the successful execution of low voltage and ICT projects with strict adherence to QA/QC standards, while providing presales technical support and managing site activities to deliver projects on time and within budget.</li> </ol> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><br> <ul> <li>Prepare and review&nbsp;<strong>technical &amp; commercial proposals</strong>&nbsp;for tenders and company projects.</li> <li>Manage&nbsp;<strong>QA/QC activities</strong>, including preparation and review of SAT, FAT, ITP, NCR, and punch list closure.</li> <li>Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of low voltage systems such as:</li> <li>CCTV</li> <li>Access Control Systems</li> <li>Gate Barrier &amp; Parking Management Systems</li> <li>Public Address &amp; Voice Evacuation Systems</li> <li>Audio Visual Systems</li> <li>BMS (Johnson Controls, Siemens, Honeywell)</li> <li>Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to ensure compliance with project specifications.</li> <li>Attend clarification meetings with clients and follow up on approvals.</li> <li>Prepare site reports, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.</li> <li>Manage&nbsp;<strong>handover documentation</strong>&nbsp;and ensure smooth project delivery.</li> <li>Stay updated with market requirements and general specifications.</li> </ul> <br> <br> <br><br>Candidate Requirements <br><p>•&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Bachelor Degree in engineering field&nbsp;<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;3 to 5 &nbsp;years of experience in smilar position<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Ability to work in team&nbsp;</p><br> <p>•&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;good interpersonal skills.</p><br> <p>•&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Attention to details&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;</p><br><br><br>Education <br><br><br> </div>
