<p>Civil Site Engineer required to work in the State of Kuwait.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Qualifications and requirements</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.</p><p>2. Practical experience in the execution of structural steel and finishes for at least 3 years.</p><p>3. Provide experience certificates from previous employers.</p><p>4. Ability to quantify quantities and prepare pricing and initial project costs.</p><p>5. Proficiency in reading and analyzing structural and architectural drawings.</p><p>6. Ability to manage the site and follow up with subcontractors and workers, coordinating between different execution items.</p><p>7. Ability to monitor the schedule and progress rates and address delays on site.</p><p>8. Good knowledge of quality requirements, handover of works, and ensuring compliance with drawings and specifications.</p><p>9. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and Word.</p><p>10. Proficiency in MS Project or Primavera is an added advantage.</p><p>11. Active membership in the Kuwait Engineers Association.</p><p>12. Valid Kuwaiti driver's license.</p><p>13. Owns a private car.</p><p>14. Demonstrates commitment, discipline, and the ability to manage site responsibilities, troubleshoot, and make decisions.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Job responsibilities</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>- Daily supervision of project sites and monitoring progress.</p><p>- Carrying out site inspections, taking measurements, and quantifying quantities.</p><p>- Preparing and reviewing project pricing before submitting bid proposals.</p><p>- Supervising subcontractors and ensuring quality and speed of execution.</p><p>- Receiving completed works and reviewing them before moving to the next phase.</p><p>- Monitoring site material and fabrication needs.</p><p>- Coordinating between structural works, finishes, electrical, plumbing, insulation, and other items.</p><p>- Preparing periodic reports on achievements, notes, and site constraints.</p><p>- Tracking the schedule and ensuring project duration is met.</p><p>- Maintaining quality of execution, reducing waste, and rework.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p>

<p>مطلوب مهندس موقع خبرة لا تقل عن ثلاث سنوات داخل الكويت</p><p>&nbsp;خبرة في ادارة الاعمال داخل المواقع الانشائية</p><p>من الهيكل الاسود أو التشطيبات الخاصة بالقسائم السكنية</p><p>والقدرة على التعامل مع العمال الفنيين والمقاولين داخل الموقع.</p><p>بحاجة الى ان يكون المتقدم لديه معرفة بأنظمة الادارة الالكترونية</p><p>متابعة المكتب الهندسي اثناء اعمال الانشاء.</p><p>سيتم شرح الاعمال بشكل أكثر أثناء مقابلة العمل.</p><p>الراتب يحدد بعد المقابلة</p><p>&nbsp;</p>
