The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Kuwait market, including facility management companies, real estate companies, and various government stakeholders. This role requires a motivated individual with a proven track record in sales, excellent cold calling and closing skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.<br><br>Key Responsibilities:<br><br>Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase the company's portfolio. Develop and maintain relationships with facility management companies, real estate companies, and government stakeholders in Kuwait. Conduct cold calls and follow up on leads to generate new contracts. Demonstrate exceptional closing skills to secure deals and contracts. Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve sales targets. Utilize technical knowledge of elevators to inform and support sales efforts. Navigate and work on tenders to secure contracts. Manage contract renewals, ensuring timely and successful negotiations. Prepare and submit repair proposals, ensuring thorough follow-up and closure. Monitor and achieve monthly and quarterly targets for contract renewal, repairs, and capturing new contracts.<br><br>Qualifications:<br><br>Proven experience in sales, specifically within the Kuwait market. Familiarity with facility management companies, real estate companies, and government stakeholders. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to perform cold calling and manage the sales process from lead generation to closing. Team player with the ability to work collaboratively. Technical background in elevators is required.
