<p>Provides centralized retail supply and maintenance support; performs aspects of supply management work (e.g., inventory management, storage management, bar coding, property utilization) related to depot, local, or other supply activities. Equipment:</strong></p><ul><li>Assist STP in ensuring the location has sufficient stock of parts and materials to perform drilling and associated operations as per contractual requirements.</li><li>Ensure planned maintenance and repair of drilling equipment including draw-works, mud pumps, top drive, rotary table, and BOP are completed and documented to ensure optimum condition and proper availability of required tools.</li><li>Responsible for housekeeping standards in all drilling areas, sack store and mud pump room.</li></ul><p><strong>Rig Move:</strong></p><ul><li>Support STP in planning all related rigs move activities, equipment, supplies, personnel in compliance with the Rig move Procedures.</li><li>Assesses the current and new location, considering factors such as safety, lifting equipment availability at location, preparation for rig-up operations, Supervise the Rig move team during rigging down and rigging up activities to ensure they are followed efficiently and safely.</li></ul><p><strong>Client Management:</strong></p><ul><li>Develops and maintains positive working relationships with other department heads, supervisors, operator's representatives, subcontractors, and all personnel on the rig.</li><li>Responds to client requests and needs concerning materials, equipment, and personnel after getting adequate management approval.</li></ul><p><strong>Reporting and Documentation:</strong></p><ul><li>Maintains proper logs and records, promptly submitting required reports as per company protocols and regulatory standards.</li><li>Prepare accurate and timely reports, including daily drilling reports, equipment status reports and incident reports, to document drilling activities and operational performance.</li><li>Review all operational/technical bulletins, communicate pertinent points to crew members and implement all directives as required.</li><li>Assist STP in initiating, monitoring, and recording all maintenance and repairs work in collaboration with maintenance department.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Requirements:</strong></p><p><strong>Education &amp; Experience:</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum education level required: High School or Vocational/Technical Qualification.</li><li>Minimum (8) years of working experience in land drilling and workover operations with contractors with a career history showing time served as Assistant Driller, Driller, and Tool pusher.</li><li>Must have working experience on Onshore rigs.</li></ul><p><strong>Skills/Competencies Required:</strong></p><ul><li>Fluent in English (written &amp; spoken).</li><li>PC literate in Microsoft Office</li><li>Advanced Mathematical skills adding, subtracting, dividing, multiplying , drilling practice, drilling fluids.</li><li>Leadership, Situation Awareness, Communication, Teamwork, Performance shaping factors stress and fatigue, inspecting work.</li></ul><p><strong>Physical Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Regularly climbing (stairs, ladders).</li><li>Regularly bending, twisting, and standing.</li><li>Ability to work outdoors under all extreme weather conditions (Noise / Humidity / Cold / Heat etc.).</li><li>Ability to work on day/night shifts.</li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum education level required: High School or Vocational/Technical Qualification.</li><li>Minimum (8) years of working experience in land drilling and workover operations with contractors with a career history showing time served as Assistant Driller, Driller, and Tool pusher.</li><li>Must have working experience on Onshore rigs.</li><li>Fluent in English (written &amp;
