This is not a manager who reviews work from a distance. This person writes code, owns architecture, sits with clients, and makes the call on what gets built first.</p> <p>Why this hire matters</p> <p>Our tech and product team is distributed across Pakistan, Egypt, and the UAE. One Cloud needs a senior technical anchor physically present in Kuwait, our primary client hub, who can translate between clients, the Group CTO, and the build team. The person carries real technical authority and can be trusted to run the technical agenda day to day.</p> <p>Non-negotiable requirements</p> <p>A candidate must meet all of the following to be shortlisted. If any one of these is missing, they are not the right fit.</p> <ul> <li>Hands-on, current: Still writes code today. Not someone who stopped being technical five years ago. They should be comfortable in a codebase, reviewing pull requests, and debugging production issues themselves.</li> <li>Hands-on architecture: Has personally led the architecture of real systems, not just drawn diagrams. Has made the trade-off decisions and lived with the consequences.</li> <li>Shipped big products: Has launched at least one large-scale application in retail or fintech as the technical lead. We want someone who has shipped something big and seen it run at scale, not just contributed to it.</li> <li>Agentic delivery (demo required): Has delivered and shipped a large-scale product using an agentic development process, orchestrating multiple agents. This is core to how we build. A live demo of their agentic work will be required on the first call, so they must be able to show it, not just describe it.</li> <li>Product and client exposure: At some point in their career has done product management and has dealt directly with clients. They understand that engineering serves a business outcome, and they can hold a room.</li> <li>Communication and prioritisation: Can speak, negotiate, and prioritise. Substitute for a Floorhand in the absence of a trained Floorhand</p><p>Together with the Rig manager, continually train and develop employees working on the drilling rig so as to meet the employee's career goals while at the same time meeting the needs of the company.</p><p>Responsible for monitoring the progress of the drilling operation, determine when bits need to be changed while operating pumps, rotary table, draw-works and drill pipe. Ability to operate rig utilizing rig controls while monitoring operation of various equipment (pump pressures, weight indicator, drill string weight, etc.) Knowledge of Drilling rig equipment capacity and functionality including but not limited to Canrig Top Drives, accumulator units, draw works. Adjust mud pumps to maintain the proper circulation rate. <p>We are looking for HIM Clerk to join our professional team. You will provide c lerical support to the Health Information Management Department in particular the compilation, locating, retrieval and transfer of medical records within the hospital.</p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Identify, locate and retrieve medical records as required on a daily basis for the operations of the hospital.</li><li>Ensure movement of records as required in a safe and confidential manner.</li><li>Utilize the electronic and manual systems to log and track medical records throughout the hospital.</li><li>Assist in the filing of existing and compilation of new medical records.</li><li>At all times provide a professional and well informed interface with clinical staff.</li><li>Identify any problems with individual records, including loss or absence and report such to the Supervisor/Manager.</li><li>Answer enquiries regarding location of the medical record from clinical or authorized staff at the hospital.</li><li>Maintain the quality of the medical records and the department.</li><li>Label the medical records using the Bar Coded and Color Coded Stickers.</li><li>Maintains confidentiality of patient information and prevent disclosure to unauthorized persons.</li><li>Works on rotating shifts/areas as required.</li><li>Participate in training, sessions or any relevant and required activities within the hospital.</li><li>Work as a team player within the department and inter-department.</li><li>Carry out other tasks as requested by the Supervisor/Manager. This includes computer work as required, leave replacement, may involve the compilation of reports, etc.</li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>Diploma/Degree from a reputed school preferably in Medical Records.</p><p>Preferable to have at least 2 years experience in Hospitals.</p><p>Strong interpersonal and communication skills.</p><p>Proficient with MS Office and standard hospital database technology.</p>
