Roles & Responsibilities

Primary Role Focus Responsible for ensuring the customer is receiving full time support from operations and the Field Specialists complete projects efficiently, accurately and safely through the proper distribution of projects and deployment of employees and resources. Reports International Operations Manager. Key Tasks and Responsibilities Receive proposals from the Technical Sales - Kuwait, Safety and engineering Teams and distributes accordingly to the field specialists Receive service requests directly from client locations, follows up with the assigned salesperson and distributes accordingly Coordinate with sales and engineering to ensure tool availability and identify potential project constraints and/or priorities Organize Field Specialists deployment to maximize efficiencies, promote employee development, ensure safety and balance workloads Implement and improve all processes related to logistics in the workshop to execution of the job. Collaborate with the Sales Team and International Operations Manager if a project proposal requires changes Review field tickets and paperwork to ensure accuracy Aid clients and field specialists in problem solving and provide feedback to the appropriate manager Participate in the NCR and FTR process and provide input to the appropriate manager and/or engineer Promote and introduce Packers Plus safety requirements to follow the company objectives Ensure training and (re) certifications for all Field Specialist are completed for Kuwait work requirements Enforce safety standards and ensure a safe work environment including participating in daily safety meetings Work and coordinate with Inventory manager to ensure accuracy and compliance on quality documentation and tracking. Independently host technical presentations to Support Product lines with Operations.

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience and Skills 10 years experience in a field and workshop environment Previous Oil and Gas experience required Field knowledge required Education and Training High School Diploma preferred Must be fluent in English, Arabic fluency preferred Physical, Business and Safety Requirements First Aid, CPR, H2S, WHIMIS and Extended periods of driving 24/7 on-call schedule Ensure Health passport is current (vaccinations are up to date) Competencies Packers Plus Values Customer intimacy Operational excellence Innovation Role Competencies Adaptability Communication Skills Strong Understanding of Anti-Bribery Laws/FCPA Strong mathematical skills Technical/Functional Job Skill/Knowledge Project Management
