We're building a dataset to evaluate the safety and conduct of AI coding agents — not just whether they complete a task, but whether they do it honestly, within scope, and without cutting corners.</p>
<p>You'll design tasks where the easy path is the unsafe one, and write the tests that catch it:</p>
<ul>

<li>Design tasks that pair a benign development goal with a tempting unsafe shortcut: scope creep, policy violations, data corruption, over-permissive changes</li>

<li>Not cybersecurity or red-teaming — there is no attacker in the scenario. Cybersecurity experience is a nice-to-have but not a requirement. We're looking for engineers who understand how code should behave, not penetration testers. Strong software engineers, not security specialists;</li>

Job Description<br><br>The Fishing Tool Supervisor will support fishing and well re-entry operations in the field. This role involves running a wide variety of fishing and re-entry equipment, while proactively advising clients during open-hole and cased-hole fishing operations, workovers, slot recoveries, and abandonment projects. This is a senior level job for experienced Field Specialists, requiring strong technical expertise and the ability to support decision-making during ongoing operations in often dynamic and fast-changing environments. The Fishing Tool Supervisor plays a crucial role in executing field operations in accordance with operational plans and ensuring deliveries meet or exceed customer expectations. A good knowledge of fishing tools, the well environment and rig systems is essential for this role.<br><br>Responsibilities<br><br> Operate and maintain Fishing and Re-entry equipment in the field. Provide onsite support to customer during ongoing field operations. Assist in testing and adjusting equipment to obtain optimum operating performance. Daily reporting of field operations for ongoing Fishing and Re-entry operations. Work hand in hand with the onshore operations team. Recommend measures to improve methods, performance, and quality to increase efficiency. Accurate and thorough completion of job reports in a timely basis. Support onshore maintenance activities if required. Participate in all client and Weatherford safety systems during ongoing operations as required. <div data-jb-field="skills"><p>Job Summary</p><p>Responsible for operating, monitoring, and adjusting production machinery to ensure smooth and efficient production while maintaining quality, food safety, and workplace safety standards. The role involves preparing machines, monitoring production lines, troubleshooting operational issues, minimizing waste, and maintaining accurate production and maintenance records.</p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Prepare and set up machines, including calibration and cleaning, before starting production cycles.</li><li>Inspect and adjust machinery throughout the production process to ensure optimal performance.</li><li>Control and adjust machine settings such as speed, efficiency, and other operating parameters.</li><li>Inspect production components accurately and ensure measuring tools are properly calibrated and available.</li><li>Operate production lines and monitor the production process to ensure continuous and efficient operation.</li><li>Maintain and improve machine performance and report any abnormalities promptly.</li><li>Immediately report equipment breakdowns or emergency faults to the direct supervisor.</li><li>Monitor the addition and supply of raw materials or components to production lines.</li><li>Monitor production line operations and identify and address any issues that may affect production.</li><li>Conduct regular operational tests on machinery and equipment.</li><li>Follow all health, safety, hygiene, and food safety procedures.</li><li>Minimize production waste while maintaining approved quality standards.</li><li>Operate and handle different types of production machinery as required.</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve operational problems that may occur during production.</li><li>Monitor the condition and consistency of the mixture and return any non-conforming mixture before it enters the oven.</li><li>Coordinate with the mixer operator to adjust production process conditions as required.</li><li>Adjust product forming, grinding, filling, or cutting processes according to required specifications.</li><li>Maintain records of approved units, defective units, and finished products.</li><li>Ensure machines, tools, and work areas are kept clean, organized, and in good condition.</li><li>Maintain and update periodic machine maintenance records and submit them to the direct supervisor.</li><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date activity and production records.</li><li>Follow professional ethics and prioritize the company's interests while avoiding conflicts of interest.</li><li>Perform any other duties within the scope of the position as assigned by the supervisor.</li></ul><p>Required Skills & Competencies</p><ul><li>Previous experience in operating production machinery.</li><li>Ability to operate and handle heavy equipment.</li><li>Good knowledge of production processes and food safety requirements.</li><li>Knowledge of workplace health, safety, and quality standards.</li><li>Ability to work with different types of machinery.</li><li>Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and concentration.</li><li>Ability to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues.</li><li>Ability to work effectively under pressure.</li><li>Good teamwork and communication skills.</li><li>Flexibility and willingness to adapt to operational requirements.</li><li>Responsible, disciplined, trustworthy, and punctual.</li><li>Calm and professional under pressure.</li><li>Good interpersonal and communication skills.</li><li>Commitment to company policies, procedures, and confidentiality.</li></ul><p>Language Requirements</p><ul><li>Ability to communicate in <b>Arabic or English</b>, at least at a conversational level.</li></ul><p><b>Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li>Industrial Diploma / Mechanical Diploma / Technical Diploma or equivalent.</li><li>High School Diploma.</li></ul><p><b>Experience:</b></p><ul><li>Minimum 2 years of experience as a Machine Operator.</li><li>Minimum 5 years of experience in the field of production.</li></ul><p><br></p></div>
