This role is responsible for driving business growth, conducting market assessments, and leading product development initiatives from concept through commercialization, ensuring products meet customer requirements, market demands, and quality standards.</p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Identify and develop new business opportunities within the water industry and other industrial sectors requiring plastic products.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective B2B clients.</li><li>Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.&nbsp;</li><li>Lead product development initiatives from market assessment and concept validation through realization and launch.</li><li>Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.</li><li>Coordinate with Quality Assurance, Production, Engineering, and Operations teams to ensure product quality and successful product implementation.</li><li>Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, presentations, and negotiate contracts with clients.</li><li>Monitor customer satisfaction and provide timely solutions to enhance long-term partnerships.</li><li>Analyze sales performance, market data, and customer feedback to support business decisions.</li><li>Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, market insights, and business development initiatives.</li><li>Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings.</li></ul> </div><h2 class="h5">Skills</h2> <div data-jb-field="skills"><p><b>Qualifications</b></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Finance &amp; Accounting, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, MBA is an advantage.</li><li>3–5 years of experience in business development, B2B sales, or commercial roles.</li><li>Experience within the plastics manufacturing, packaging, industrial products, or related sectors is highly preferred.</li><li>Previous experience selling to water companies, utilities, or industrial clients is a strong advantage.</li><li>Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business.</li></ul></div>
