<section><p class="heading jdMain">Job Description</p><p class="heading">Roles &amp; Responsibilities</p><div class="paragraph"><ul><li><p>Provide independent technical oversight of, and influence over, EPCC engineering workflows and deliverables quality to ensure their fitness for purpose.</p></li><li><p>Acts as the SF manager’s technical guardian across engineering deliverables, without duplicating EPCC design authority.</p></li><li><p>Review EPCC engineering deliverables and identify problems</p></li><li><p>Ensure compliance with client standards, project basis, and specs</p></li><li><p>Track engineering maturity, deliverable quality, and technical risk</p></li><li><p>Harmonize SF technical interfaces across disciplines</p></li><li><p>Advise on deviations, concessions, and technical risk exposure</p></li><li><p>Ensure readiness of documents for client approval cycles</p></li><li><p>Monitor and manage engineering MOC</p></li></ul></div></section><section><p class="heading">Desired Candidate Profile</p><p class="paragraph"></p><ul><li><p>Holds a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or relevant</p></li><li><p>15+ years oil &amp; gas facilities engineering</p></li><li><p>Core discipline: piping, mechanical, or process</p></li><li><p>Broad multi-discipline understanding (E&amp;I, civils, layout)</p></li><li><p>High familiarity with EPC deliverables lifecycles</p></li><li><p>Experience with client approvals, Master Document List, and assurance</p></li><li><p>Good judgement; able to challenge without re-engineering</p></li><li><p>Good technical questioning ability to unearth and foresee problems</p></li><li><p>Kuwait based/ transferable visa</p></li></ul><p></p></section>
