The role focuses on supporting advertising and photography activities, interacting with guests and clients efficiently and professionally, with opportunities for professional growth and skill development in a dynamic and professional work environment.</p><p>Key Responsibilities and Duties</p><ul><li>Execute and organize advertising procedures and promotional materials according to company policies and quality standards.</li><li>Prepare and coordinate photography and documentation sessions for events and projects, collaborating with relevant teams to ensure content quality.</li><li>Welcoming visitors and clients, respond to inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate departments in a courteous and effective manner.</li><li>Manage and organize daily workflows such as scheduling and logistical coordination of events and photography.</li><li>Coordinate with design and production teams to provide necessary media materials and keep them updated.</li><li>Assist in preserving and archiving photographic and advertising materials according to company systems and policies.</li><li>Contribute to improving the customer experience and providing distinctive services that enhance the company’s image and media presence.</li></ul><p>Qualifications and Requirements</p><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent.</li><li>2 to 3 years of experience in advertising, photography, and reception services or similar.</li><li>Proficiency in Arabic speaking and writing.
