<p><h4>Principal Accountabilities</h4>
<p>Develops, applies, revises, and implements quality assurance plans and audits for products to ensure product quality targets are met. Maintains quality standards for receiving, in-process, and final inspection in accordance with company and contractual requirements.</p>
<p>Reviews, revises, and writes QA/QC quality assurance procedures. Establishes, defines, implements, maintains, and reports on quality assurance key performance measures and standards. Performs root cause analysis, implements corrective actions, and monitors progress and improvements.</p>

<p>Eight (8) or more years of quality manager experience with at least two (2) years in an aviation QA/QC capacity and with two (2) years in a managerial role.</p>

<p>With a master’s degree - five (5) years of relevant experience with bachelor’s degree; three (3) years of relevant experience with master’s degree.</p>

<p>Advanced understanding of QA/QC approaches, methods, management, and responsibilities.</p>
