<h4>Qualifications</h4>

<li>Previous experience in front office, reception, or customer service is an advantage.</li>
<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel property management systems (e.g., Opera is an advantage).</li>
<li>Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.</li>
<li>Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.</li>
<li>Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.</li>
