Ideal for both business and leisure, it blends comfort, connectivity, and Arabian hospitality.</p><br><p><strong>About the Job</strong></p><br><p>An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Plumbing Technician to join the Engineering team at Jumeirah Messilah Beach.</p><br><p>The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:</p><br><ul><li><p>Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on all plumbing systems including water supply lines, drainage systems, pumps, water heaters, and sanitation fixtures</p><br></li><li><p>Inspect and repair leaks, clogs, and malfunctions in guest rooms, public areas, and service areas</p><br></li><li><p>Maintain proper and safe condition of all Plant, Plant Rooms, Equipment and Work areas.</p><br></li><li><p>Comply with JEMS and all Fire, Life, Health, and Safety Standards.</p><br></li><li><p>Install, replace, and maintain plumbing fixtures such as faucets, sinks, toilets, showers, and valves.</p><br></li><li><p>Maintain and service water filtration, softening, and treatment systems.</p><br></li><li><p>Maintain hot &amp; cold-water systems, including calorifiers, boilers, circulation pumps, swimming pools, and fountains.</p><br></li></ul><p><strong>About You</strong></p><br><p>The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:</p><br><ul><li><p>Hold a Diploma or Certificate in Plumbing / Mechanical Maintenance or related technical field.</p><br></li><li><p>Demonstrate good oral and written communication is an advantage.</p><br></li><li><p>Have at least a grade 10 level in education with a good moral background in his educational attainment.</p><br></li><li><p>Possess software competencies – Microsoft Office programs (Intermediate).</p><br></li><li><p>Have 1+ years of experience in the technical department.</p><br></li></ul><p><strong>About the Benefits</strong></p><br><p>Besides generous F&amp;B benefits and reduced hotel rates across our hotels globally, this role has excellent employee benefits making the role attractive to high performers and any applicant who likes to associate her/himself with one of the most luxurious brands in the hospitality industry.</p><br><br> </div>
