The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising the installation, testing, and commissioning of GRP pipelines in marine and offshore environments, ensuring compliance with project specifications, international standards, and safety requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate daily pipeline installation activities including trenching, pipe laying, jointing, lamination, and backfilling for marine GRP pipelines

<li>Utilize drilling control equipment, monitor gauges and auxiliary tools, and promptly notify the Senior/Night Tool pusher and client representative of necessary actions to address potential issues such as, but not limited to, stuck pipe, flow back, and hydraulics.</li>
<li>Ensure the hole is drilled using good oilfield practice to the required depth, with adequate well control contingency in place.</li>
<li>Monitor any down hole irregularities such as kicks, pressure fluctuations, and abnormal torque. Take immediate action to secure the well in the event of a well control incident and promptly inform the Senior/Night Tool pusher and client representative.</li>
<li>Instruct subordinates to diligently monitor the pipe string for any irregularities during the process of pulling out of the hole and ensure that max overpull is known and approved by STP prior to pulling out of the hole.</li>
<li>Take charge of BOP installation including installations of auxiliary equipment such as hoses, guide wire, etc.</li>
<li>Pressure test Well Control Equipment as per Company and Regulatory requirement to ensure readiness and effectiveness in critical situations.</li>

Comply and apply safe rigging & slinging practices, from pre-lift requirements, wire inspections, correct use of taglines, proper use of hands-free tools and body placements, and the use of verbal and hand signaling methods.</p><p><strong>Rig Move:</strong> Carry out relevant duties and activities to prepare for rig moves as directed by the Driller.</p><p><strong>Drilling / Work-over Operations:</strong> Assists in operations for preparing drilling mud activities including mixing chemicals at the mixing hopper, cleaning out mud pits, etc. Assist in completing the cleaning, preparation and handling of tubulars and drilling tools. Supply the drill floor with tubulars, drilling tools and equipment as required. Liaise and co-operate with the Driller and Assistant Driller to ensure the safe and smooth running of operations.</p><p><strong>Materials & Equipment:</strong> Ensures that lifting material and equipment are properly maintained, stored, inspected, and returned to its proper storage location in a condition where its ready to be used as per directed. Ensure thread protectors are properly installed on drill pipes, drill collars & crossovers that are being hoisted or stored.</p><p><strong>Housekeeping:</strong> Ensures that the work area is clean and organized, free of hazards prior to & upon completing the work tasks, or repairs. Ensure that housekeeping standards in all areas are in accordance with Company requirements. Disposes of debris as per the company hazardous material segregations policy/waste management policy taking into consideration the environmental & safety aspects. Prepare surfaces for painting and apply paint as directed. Secure the current work area or operation before evacuating during emergency situations or drill.</p></div></section><section><p class="heading">Desired Candidate Profile</p><p class="paragraph"></p><p><strong>Education & Experience:</strong> High School or Technical Degree Preferably 1 year of working experience preferably in similar Oil and Gas industries. Minimum age 20 years up to 27 years old.</p><p><strong>Skills/Competencies Required:</strong> Elementary level of English language. Basic Mathematical skills adding, subtracting, dividing, multiplying . Situation Awareness / self-motivation, Teamwork, Time management / Managing work.</p><p><strong>Physical Requirements:</strong> Frequent climbing (stairs, ladders). Frequent lifting, pulling & pushing as per Company procedure. Ability to work under different extreme weather conditions such as: Heat, Noise, Humidity & Cold.
