<p>We are seeking an exceptional Executive Secretary to join our dynamic team in the real estate sector in Al Kuwait. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our executive office, providing top-tier administrative support to our leadership team. You will have the opportunity to work closely with senior executives and will play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency of our operations. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will ensure that our executives can focus on driving the company forward. </p><p><b>Responsibilities:</b></p><ol><li>Manage and coordinate the executive's calendar, scheduling appointments and meetings, ensuring optimal time management and prioritization of tasks to enhance productivity.</li><li>Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations, utilizing advanced software tools to create accurate documents and maintain versions.</li><li>Assist in the planning and execution of company events and meetings, ensuring all logistical details are handled efficiently to create a seamless experience for attendees.</li><li>Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, fostering positive relationships and ensuring effective communication across all levels of the organization.</li><li>Maintain organized filing systems and databases - physical & electronic, ensuring that all documents are easily accessible and up-to-date to support the executive's operational needs.</li><li>Handle confidential information with discretion, ensuring that sensitive materials are managed appropriately to protect the company's interests.</li><li>Monitor and manage office supplies and equipment, coordinating with vendors to ensure that necessary resources are available for the executive team.</li><li>Process payments & reimbursements, handle petty cash, corporate card statements; review SOA & reconcile trip/event/stationary budgets.</li><li>Provide general administrative support, including travel arrangements, expense reports, and other tasks as needed to facilitate the smooth operation of the executive office.</li><li>Arrange all business & personal travel: flights, hotels, visas, ground transport and prepare detailed itineraries, packs, and contingency plans; support on-trip changes</li><li> Flexible to early/late hours and weekends when needed; travel with the CEO when required.</li><li> Handle selected personal tasks (appointments, household/vendor coordination) to support a blended business–personal schedule</li></ol> </div><h2 class="h5">Skills</h2>

<p>Role profile summary</p><p>The Risk Analyst role reports to the Risk Department Director. It supports the risk management function by identifying, assessing, measuring, monitoring, and reporting risks associated with credit financing products provided to small and medium enterprises (SMEs). </p><p><br></p><p>The role involves:</p><p>1) Analysing credit/investment proposals and identifying risks</p><p><br></p><p>2) Every month, measure, monitor, and report changes in:</p><p>a. Credit risk exposures</p><p>b. Expected Credit Losses (ECL)</p><p>c. Entity Level Risk</p><p><br></p><p>3) Performing Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks on existing and new</p><p>customers</p><p><br></p><p>4) ECL inputs /Support with external audit process relevant to credit risk reporting</p><p>in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standard 9: Financial</p><p>Instruments (IFRS 9)</p><p><br></p><p>5) Ensuring compliance with and updating the risk department:</p><p>a. Policies</p><p>b. Procedures</p><p>c. Desktop instruction manuals (DIMs)</p><p>d. Risk monitoring/reporting/measurement tools and templates</p><p><br></p><p>Key role responsibilities</p><p>1. Credit / Investment proposal Risk Analysis</p><p> Assist in evaluating credit / investment proposals by analyzing various documents such as financial statements (historic/ projected), company ownership documents, bank statements, asset details and external financing details.</p><p> Document risk study in risk evaluation templates noting key financial and business risks, risk mitigations and rationale for credit risk recommendation</p><p><br></p><p>2. Monthly Risk Monitoring and reporting</p><p> Credit risk changes to financing portfolio</p><p> Expected credit loss measurement, changes and reconciliation of key ECL financing portfolio drivers</p><p> Entity level Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) risk monitoring and reporting</p><p> Prepare, update and reconcile risk database with dashboards/ core financing/accounting database</p><p><br></p><p>3. Anti-money laundering checks</p><p> Perform AML checks of new customers on-boarded</p><p> On-going monitoring of status of existing customers</p><p> Update and monitor compliance with AML policies and procedures</p><p><br></p><p>4. ECL inputs /Support with external audit process</p><p> Maintain accurate risk databases with audit trail and rationale for judgements /</p><p>decisions taken for PD/LGDs in compliance with IFRS 9</p><p> Coordinate with external auditors to provide required information to substantiate</p><p>ECL amounts and inputs in compliance with IFRS 9</p><p>5. Updating/ compliance with risk department policies and procedures</p><p> Ensure compliance with risk policies, procedures and DIMs and same are kept</p><p>upto date</p><p> Ensure control and proper usage of approved risk monitoring/reporting/</p><p>measurement tools</p><p>6. Cross-Functional Coordination</p><p> Work closely with credit, collections and finance teams to ensure risk department</p><p>functions are smooth</p><p><br></p> </div><h2 class="h5">Skills</h2>
<div data-jb-field="skills"><p>Qualifications & Requirements</p><p><br></p><p>Education</p><p> Professional accounting qualification (CPA/ CA or equivalent)</p><p> Good working knowledge / understanding of IFRS 9</p><p> Bachelor’s degree in risk management (highly preferred)</p><p><br></p><p>Experience</p><p> 3-8 years of experience in audit assurance (Banking / Financial services)</p><p> 3-8 years of experience in credit risk analysis with Bank/ Non-banking companies/</p><p>Investment Companies is highly preferred.</p><p><br></p><p>Skills</p><p> Understanding of macro-economic drivers impacting credit risk</p><p> Understanding credit risk and financial statements analysis.</p><p> Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</p><p> Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel & Power point)</p><p> Good experience working with and analyzing large volumes of data</p><p> Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).</p><p><br></p><p>Key Competencies</p><p> Attention to detail</p><p> Ethical judgment and integrity</p><p> Analytical thinking</p><p> Time management</p><p> Team collaboration</p></div>
