At all times considering the safety of personnel, the environment, and equipment to maximize drilling operation efficiency.</p><p>Ensures the safety of personnel, equipment, and the efficiency of operations on the drill floor and other drilling operation associated areas. Plans and schedules all drilling and associated activity. Directs personnel towards achieving optimum job performance according to the client s requirements. Ensures any deviation from client well plan (Game Plan) is approved by STP, and that Client representative has documented in written form, and that necessary management of change or deviation is approved in Synergi prior to operation starts. Consult with the STP and Client s Representative regarding the progress of the Drilling program and associated operations, keeping the driller informed about the ongoing drilling program objectives and communicating any changes in plans. Ensure that space-out drawings are correct and are posted in the drillers cabin. Overseeing that post-jarring sheet are filled out and understood by the driller. Relieve the Driller at the Driller s console as operational requirement demands.
