<p><br></p><p><strong>Roles &amp; Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><strong>Troubleshooting and Repairs:</strong> Diagnosing mechanical problems, faults and malfunctions in mechanical equipment and systems, using diagnostic tools, equipment manuals, and technical documentation to troubleshoot complex mechanical issues and implementing effective solutions to restore functionality and minimize downtime. Communicate equipment problems or break down information via Senior Tool Pusher to technical maintenance support team.</p><p><strong>Equipment Maintenance &amp; Operations:</strong> Maintaining the reliability and integrity of rig mechanical equipment and systems, including drilling, mechanical, and safety systems. Overseeing the maintenance, repair, and servicing of mechanical equipment at location, including but not limited to engines, generators, pumps, compressors, cranes, and hydraulic systems, to ensure optimal performance of the rig. Survey the condition of all well control equipment in use each shift, report any system issues to the Senior tool pusher and raise corrective work order to manage the repair. Will inform by e mail both the Senior tool pusher and office based well control equipment superintendent of the equipment status so Contractual and API compliance can be assessed. Ensure that repairs, needed or made, are registered in the form of a work order in the company maintenance system. Carry out Planned maintenance work orders on time with good quality and record actual work done, inform Senior Tool pusher where access to perform work is not granted. Ensure Mechanical and Drill crew reference OEM manuals when carrying out PM or CM work on any rig equipment do not reply solely on the PM work instruction. Supervise the oil sample program and review the results, ensure work orders are raised to rectify bad samples. Spot check lubrication carried out by drilling crew for quality. Maintain and repair power plants and monitor power distribution ensure power is always available. Verification and inspection of third-party equipment and installations when required. Ensure new equipment installations on the drilling unit are managed by management of change Synergi case where appropriate as outlined in the ADES management system by highlighting the potential need to Senior Tool Pusher.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Materials &amp; Equipment:</strong> Plan and coordinate with the Senior Tool Pusher and other departments to secure equipment s and perform safety inspections prior to any operations or major activity such as rig moves, running &amp; retrieving BOP. Ensuring that the appropriate mechanical requirements of the statutory and regulatory bodies including the classification society are adhered to and records maintained. Maintain inventory of spare parts, consumables, and supplies for mechanical equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained to support ongoing operations and maintenance activities. Coordinating with procurement and logistics teams to procure spare parts and replacement components as needed, ensuring timely delivery, availability &amp; compliance with the class &amp; certification requirements. Responsible for housekeeping standards in machinery and workshop areas. Machine and switchboard areas to be kept clear of all flammable materials.</p><p><strong>Rig Move:</strong> Ensure that all mechanical equipment s are properly secured and protected for transportation, while overseeing the disassembly and loading of equipment s onto transport vehicles. Supervise the rig move crew to reassemble and install all mechanical equipment s at the new location and perform the final checks on the system to ensure they are ready for drilling operations.</p><p><strong>Client Management:</strong> Promote and maintain an effective working relationship with other departments, third party personnel and Client Representatives. Responds to client requests and needs concerning materials, equipment, and personnel after getting adequate management approval.</p><p><strong>Reporting and Documentation:</strong> Maintains proper logs and records of all mechanical maintenance activities, equipment inspections, and repairs in accordance with company procedures and regulatory requirements. Responsible for the quality of the Planned maintenance system work reports for PM and CM work orders for Mechanical department Prepare accurate and timely reports, including daily equipment status reports, incident reports, job safety analysis for hazardous activities. Ensure the permit to work and isolation systems are followed and applied. Supply information to assist in the development of maintenance and repair budget.</p><p><strong>People Management:</strong> Provide clear instructions to their team regarding their duties, responsibilities, and any necessary safety precautions prior to commencing work. Mentor, develop and train their team to ensure safe and effective operations. Identifies opportunities for skill and career advancement, works to support the professional growth of their team. Ensure their team receives the necessary required training to perform their duties safely and effectively through on-the-job training, and participation in safety drills and exercises. Support, promote and actively participate in ADES s Competency Assurance Program for their team. This position will require the member to be flexible in the support of assigned deployment/work schedules. Employee will assemble, disassemble, renovate, transport, load, deactivate, modify, destroy, and handle munitions including missiles, precision, and gravity bombs. Work on the installation, configuration changes, modification, repair and adjustment of aircraft armament systems and components. Perform maintenance modifications, destruction, and demilitarization of ammunition and explosive components. Operate computer hardware and software utilities and manual records in order to perform stock control and accounting procedures. Inspect bomb release systems and missile launchers to determine need for repair or destruction in support of Reaper Series RPA maintenance. Additionally, employee may conduct inspection, maintenance, and storage of munitions and support equipment. Support weapons loading and armament systems and related matters. Support quality assurance, compliance, continuity, and standardization of munitions programs. Attend weapons safety course, load certification and related activities. Provide technical inputs to managers in matters of weapons management, inventory, and maintenance, loading, and armament systems. Assist with availability and serviceability of munitions to support emerging customer requirements. <p>The Environmental, Health &amp; Safety (EHS) Inspector monitors, evaluates and executes audits of assigned operations to ensure compliance with customer EHS policies, processes and procedures. Ensures the collection of EHS data and analyses of that data to identify trends and monitor the effectiveness of the EHS programs. Principal Accountabilities Typical duties include the following, although specific duties vary by assignment or contract.) Plans the Monthly Inspection and Evaluation Schedule and publishes the plan on a quarterly basis Performs internal and external audits to ensure compliance with established and applicable environmental, health and safety rules and governmental regulations. Conducts quality and safety inspections/audits of contract operations and subcontractors to ensure compliance with customer policies, procedures, standards and regulations. Coordinates and conducts EHS incident/accident investigations and prepares reports, quality trend analysis reports, quality evaluation records, and other QA &amp; QC records as required by the contract or Program Office. Provide staff expertise for review of proposed environmental laws and regulations and assessment of impact to company operations. Reviews in-process and final QA &amp; QC inspections of all maintenance actions, which involve Environmental, Health &amp; Safety. Provide training to personnel in theatre on EHS topics or as directed by program QA Management. Conducts injury and accident investigations and determines root causes and corrective actions. Responds to customer complaints as required. Review incoming technical publications and directives for applicability. Verify that all personnel in theater are properly certified and/or trained to perform their assigned duties, in accordance with US and Host National Laws, Regulations and Standards and the Statement of Work. Key Responsibilities Ensure the Reception is covered without fail during working hours Provide Superior Customer Service in all areas &amp; aspects and actively assist to ensure compliance of the Reception SLA s. Maintain security and safety standards as required, ensuring that visitors are recorded in logbook, escorted and contractors do not have access to areas without the appropriate authorization or supervision maintained. Maintain the record of all files and documents and monitor and maintain office supplies inventory.
