<p>Under the general direction of the Fire Chief, responsible for implementing LOGCAP V Fire Protection Plan and ensuring emergency response operations are conducted within the guidelines stipulated by this plan and the Emergency Management Plans. Reports directly to the Assistant Fire Chief of Operations.
