<p>TASK DESCRIPTION: The Security Coordinator reports directly to the Deputy Site Manager and is responsible for developing and overseeing the KAF-18E/F Aircraft/System Program Protection Implementation Plan (PPIP) and Cyber Security. The individual reviews and submits all security related records and submissions of required US Government accounting reports/ Security CDRLs to the Deputy Site manager. The individual requires solid technical skills and experience for the receipt, custody, issue, safeguarding, accounting for and disposition of secure material.</p><p>TASK REQUIREMENTS:</p><ol><li>Develop and oversee the KAF-18E/F Aircraft/System PPIP.</li><li>Responsible for supporting the receipt, custody, issue, safeguarding, accounting for, and disposition of secure material.</li><li>Assisting with shipping of secure parts and product material weighing up to 50 pounds.</li><li>Utilize and update as required the existing Boeing PPIP Document Control Number Boeing-STL 2011A0016 under contract N00019-09-C-0019 addressing the requirements of the Program Protection Plan (PPP) for the F/A-18 E/F and EA-18G Aircraft / Systems Program in the execution of this contract.</li><li>Follow the PPIP in accordance with Secretary of the Navy Instruction (SECNAVINST) 5510.36A, Department of Defense Manual (DoDM) 5200.01 Vols. 1-4 and Secretary of the Navy Memorandum (SECNAV M)-5510.36.</li><li>Provide a review of the PPIP at least semi-annually and update it as required, based on revised information provided by the Government, or because of changes in the KAI procedures. Upon completion of review, if no updates are required, the Contractor shall submit a letter stating that the currently approved PPIP addresses the requirements of the PPP for the F/A-18 E/F and EA-18G Aircraft / Systems Program in the execution of all current tasks/delivery orders.</li><li>Ensures that PPIP and Operational Security (OPSEC) unique training is performed at least annually for personnel with access to sensitive, technical, and Critical Program Information (CPI) / CC / CS / CT information. <p>The WADPM shall develop, revise, and maintain an airfield driving program to ensure the safe operations of vehicles, aircraft, and pedestrian movement on and around the airfield environment in accordance with DAFI 13-213, Airfield Driving. The WADPM shall solicit help from base senior leadership and other various base support agencies to ensure the program is effectively implemented and managed. The WADPM shall provide all initial and recurring airfield driversu2019 training for all unit level Airfield Driving Program Manager (ADPMs) and all airfield drivers. The WADPM will ensure reporting of Controlled Movement Area Violations and other significant events in Amentumu2019s MIS system, to appropriate Wing leadership, and as required in DAFMAN 13-204 and DAFI 13-213. The WADPM will conduct spot checks to enforce and monitor compliance with airfield driving procedures.</p>

<p>We are hiring a Fleet Coordinator to manage GPS fleet tracking and vehicle monitoring for its vehicle and equipment fleet. </p><p><br></p><p>The role covers daily monitoring of routes, usage, and operating hours through the company's GPS/telematics platform, preparation of fleet utilization reports, coordination with project teams and suppliers, and maintenance of accurate fleet records and GPS dashboard data to support cost control and operational decision-making.</p> </div><h2 class="h5">Skills</h2>
