This pivotal role is responsible for optimizing MPD and drilling processes, enhancing efficiency, and driving profitability. Additionally, this role plays a key part in conducting Operations safely and with minimal interruption to drilling. Responsibilities + Coordinates with customers to endure equipment is operational. + Sets-up and operates VTC equipment. + Establishes end-to-end secure and non-secure connectivity to support conferences. + Establishes proper cable connection and routing to various Audio/Video and communication links. + Adjusts sound and light levels for optimum performance of equipment and comfort of customers. + Troubleshoots VTC and connectivity problems with local and distant end technical control facilities and Service Desk to restore communication and resolve poor reception/transmission issues. + Troubleshoot equipment; configures, modems and data timing and transfer rates. + Resolves connectivity problems with technical personnel. + Performs weekly maintenance on all associated VTC equipment. + Operates, administers, and maintains the VTC Bridge. Required to manipulate the bridge to provide technical support for all VTC circuits attached. + Performs other duties and assignments assigned. Qualifications Qualifications + Security Clearance: + Requires an active Secret Clearance + Education/Certifications: + High School diploma or GED required. + Experience: One year of related academic study above the high school level may be substituted for one year of experience up to a maximum of a 4-year bachelor's degree for three years general experience. + Requires a minimum of 5 years’ experience in Video Teleconferencing or Audio Video Productions. + Must be able to work rotating shift schedules which provide 24-hour day, 7-day week coverage. + Experience with a customer service-oriented company. + Skills & Technology Used: + Proficiency in using a computer - desktop or laptop. + Proficiency in using Microsoft productivity software. + Proficiency in using Email client software. + Proficiency in operating & troubleshooting Codecs & Crestrons Working Environment + The work environment will be 95% indoors and 5% outdoors. + The outdoor work environment may exceed temperatures 100 degrees F. <p>The Consultant / Senior Specialist / Specialist – Gastroenterology plans, directs, administers and supervises patient care activities for Gastroenterology patients in accordance with Ministry of Health regulations, Hospital Medical Staff Bylaws, Rules and Regulations and Medicine Department Policy and Guidelines.
