<p>The AVP Operations supports the department in meeting/exceeding Net Operating Income (NOI) projections, maintaining the physical condition of the asset, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements and URC policies/procedures . Through rigorous oversight of property operations, and proactive engagement with tenants, contractors, and regulatory bodies, the AVP Operations ensures that the asset delivers optimal returns, maintains superior condition, and provides an exceptional experience for all stakeholders.</p><p>Assisting the line manager in formulating the department strategy, improving performance, procuring material and resources, and securing compliance Implementing the strategic business plan for the properties to drive footfall at the property(s) with the aim of attaining the company rent/revenue targets and profitability.
