If you meet the requirements below, apply early as positions are limited.</span><br></p><br><span>Key Responsibilities</span><br><ul><li><span>Prepare and bake fresh breads, cookies, pastries, puddings, pies, tea cakes, cakes, and other bakery products according to daily production requirements.</span><br></li><li><span>Produce sufficient bakery items to support four tea-time services for offshore/onshore rig crew members.</span><br></li><li><span>Plan and execute high-volume bakery production while meeting strict daily service schedules.</span><br></li><li><span>Operate industrial bakery equipment including mixers, proofers, deck ovens, convection ovens, and dough sheeters safely and efficiently.</span><br></li><li><span>Maintain strict HACCP, food-safety, personal-hygiene, and sanitation standards throughout preparation and production.</span><br></li><li><span>Follow FIFO stock-rotation procedures for bakery ingredients and monitor proper storage practices.</span><br></li><li><span>Perform daily cleaning and scheduled deep sanitation of bakery equipment, preparation tables, and production areas.</span><br></li><li><span>Prepare bakery varieties suitable for differing dietary and menu requirements in a remote catering environment.</span><br></li></ul><span>Required Skills</span><br><ol><li><b><span>Bread & Bakery Production:</span></b><span> Strong practical knowledge of dough preparation, proofing, shaping, baking, and finishing.</span><br></li><li><b><span>Pastry & Confectionery:</span></b><span> Ability to produce cookies, pastries, puddings, pies, tea cakes, cakes, and similar products consistently.</span><br></li><li><b><span>HACCP & Food Safety:</span></b><span> Practical understanding of HACCP procedures, hygiene controls, contamination prevention, and safe food handling.</span><br></li><li><b><span>Industrial Bakery Equipment:</span></b><span> Hands-on capability with industrial mixers, proofers, deck/convection ovens, and dough sheeters.</span><br></li><li><b><span>High-Volume Production:</span></b><span> Ability to maintain quality, consistency, and timing when preparing bakery products for large crew populations.</span><br></li></ol><span>Preferred Skills</span><br><ul><li><span>Previous industrial catering or remote-site bakery experience.</span><br></li><li><span>Offshore/onshore oil & gas camp or marine-vessel catering exposure.</span><br></li><li><span>Experience managing multiple daily bakery service schedules<br>Contact Number : 9786888866</span><br></li></ul><br> </div>
