<p>Responsible for managing the HR Department activities including but not limited to: manpower planning, performance management, compensation & benefits, training & development and payroll, as well as providing guidance and support to the HR Team toward the achievement of the departments set objectives.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><strong>Strategy Formulation:</strong> Develop strategic objectives and KPIs for the HR Department in line with Division s strategic goals and ensure that the HR Department s employees are working towards the achievement of these objectives. Manage the exit interview process to identify reasons for employee termination/resignation.</p><p><strong>Performance Management and Training & Development:</strong> Develop performance management system linked to the bonus and promotions scheme to reflect rewards based on excellence Initiate and guide the annual performance appraisal process and ensure that the department managers are provided with the required forms and methodology for performance appraisals and provide reports on results of appraisals to top management. Manage the training & development activities including conducting training needs analysis, developing training plan, delivering and evaluating employee trainings, etc. Lead and manage implementation of career development programs focused on improving employee morale, enhancing employee capabilities and providing a positive career path.</p><p><strong>Human Resource Services</strong> Manage the implementation of HR Transactional services related to salaries, leaves, disciplinary actions, transfer, promotions, provision of benefits, end of service and contract renewal as per the labor law. Implement and manage job evaluation and salary administration programs. Oversee payroll operations in coordination with the Finance department to ensure maximum degree of efficiency and accuracy. Recommend salary adjustments, rewards and promotions based on employee performance and carrying out disciplinary meetings whenever deemed necessary. Oversee the preparation of employment contracts and contractual relationship between the employees and the company to maintain the rights of both parties according to terms and conditions of the contract, applicable laws and regulations. Monitor the development of employees database that contains all employee information (promotions, sick days taken, vacation days accrued, etc. ) to ensure an efficient retrieval of information when needed.</p><p><strong>Continuous Improvement</strong> Provide input and recommend the continuous improvement practices considering international best practice changes in international standards and changes in the business environment which demand proactive action plans in accordance with the Country s Rules and regulations associated with Concept Combined business activities.</p><p><strong>People Management</strong> Conduct annual employee performance appraisals of employees. Identify the training needs of employees to ensure all relevant experience and knowledge is transferred to employees to ensure a highly skilled and high-performance workforce.</p><p><strong>Reports</strong> Review and present reports on budget activity, including identification of potential problems and recommendations for corrective action, forecast trends and make recommendations. <h4>Job summary</h4>
<p>The supervisor (lead) is responsible for the day-to-day execution, coordination, and oversight of transient aircraft services (TAS) operations during assigned shifts at an installation within the Southwest Asia area of responsibility (AOR). Reporting directly to the site manager, the supervisor ensures aircraft servicing operations are performed safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with the performance work statement (PWS), applicable technical orders, airfield safety standards, and U.S. Government/U.S. Air Force directives.</p>
<p>This position provides frontline leadership across all flight line operations, including aircraft arrival, marshaling, parking, servicing, turn-around, and departure activities, while overseeing assigned personnel supporting TAS operations. The supervisor is accountable for maintaining operational continuity during shifts, coordinating with government stakeholders, and ensuring consistent execution of mission-critical services in a high-tempo, austere, 24/7/365 environment.</p>

<p>The electrical metrology engineer is the resident expert in his field and, in conjunction with the Kuwait senior engineer, provides engineering and consultant services to the government of Kuwait (GOK). Conducts research and studies new equipment to ensure that the latest developments in technique and equipment are included in metrology planning for future acquisition. Assists in the development and implementation of a metrology QA program as required. Assists in obtaining and maintaining laboratory QA accreditation.</p>
<p>Assesses requirements and develops new measurement techniques and approaches related to electrical, electronic, and microwave measurement areas. Develops, tests, and evaluates new calibration methodology, as well as performs analysis and evaluation of equipment. Establishes test and performance criteria, and prescribes calibration approaches, tests, equipment, and servicing requirements necessary to ensure measurement traceability. Directs, conducts, and evaluates the development of calibration procedures for assigned equipment. Conducts liaison and coordinates with technical societies and engineering facilities of other countries to remain current with state-of-the-art and new measurement techniques.</p>
<p>Conducts detailed laboratory capability studies to achieve greater support efficiency. Develops laboratory operational, environmental, performance, and safety criteria, and ensures implementation and maintenance.</p>

<p>Requires an associate’s degree in electrical engineering, engineering technology, physics, or a related technical field from an accredited college or university, and twelve (12) years of work experience operating, maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and calibrating electronic precision measurement equipment and calibration laboratory reference standards.</p>
<p>Completion of a U.S. military precision measurement and calibration school and twelve (12) years of work experience in the metrology and calibration field.</p>
<p>Completion of a precision measurement and calibration school at an accredited school, or within a specialized calibration firm, and twelve (12) years of work experience operating, maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and calibrating electronic precision measurement equipment and calibration laboratory reference standards.</p>
<p>Five (5) years of experience in technical oversight and training responsibilities of calibration and repair technicians with three (3) years within the last five (5).</p>
