<h2 class="h5">Job description</h2> <div class="t-break" data-jb-field="description"> <p>We are looking for a dynamic Product Manager – Electrical to manage and grow our electrical product portfolio. </p><ul><li>The role involves leading the full product lifecycle, driving revenue and market share, defining pricing strategies, and supporting sales and market penetration.</li><li>Develop and deliver the product operating plan to achieve revenue growth, market share, profitability, and ROI targets.</li><li>Manage the complete product lifecycle from concept development to launch, promotion, and ongoing support.</li><li>Analyze customer needs and market trends to identify product gaps and growth opportunities.</li><li>Monitor competitor products to ensure strong positioning and differentiation in the electrical products market.</li><li>Work closely with sales teams to define product sales strategies and drive market penetration.</li><li>Prepare accurate product forecasts, business plans, and performance reports for management review.</li><li>Lead brand development initiatives to improve product visibility, awareness, and market share.</li><li>Determine product pricing and costing based on market research, volume projections, and customized project requirements.</li><li>Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure product availability, inventory control, and timely delivery.</li><li>Train and enable sales teams while supporting regulatory, government, and consultant approvals for products.</li></ul> </div><h2 class="h5">Skills</h2> <div data-jb-field="skills"><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.</li><li>Excellent command in both languages (Arabic and English) </li><li>Minimum 5–8 years of experience in product management, preferably within the electrical.</li><li>Strong understanding of electrical products, systems, and market dynamics.</li><li>Proven ability to manage pricing, product strategy, and go-to-market plans.</li><li>Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>Experience working with consultants, contractors, government authorities, and regulatory approvals is an advantage.</li><li>Strong technical knowledge.</li></ul></div>
