This also includes liaising with the Catering team to promote and execute restaurant buyouts and private dining events. <li>Handle guest service enhancements and glitch resolution in case of guest complaints or negative comments and ensure full closure of this, to the guest's satisfaction not only while guests are dining, but with online reviews as well.</li>
<li>The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator and will be able to handle and diffuse employee issues with ease.</li>
