Position Overview: The Mechanical Superintendent Deep Drilling will oversee mechanical maintenance activities for deep drilling land rig operations, ensuring equipment reliability, maintenance efficiency, and safe operations. Key Responsibilities: Maintenance Management: Supervise maintenance and repair activities for all rig mechanical systems. Develop maintenance strategies and schedules to maximize equipment availability. Monitor equipment performance and implement reliability improvement initiatives. Ensure preventive and predictive maintenance programs are effectively executed. Equipment Reliability: Lead troubleshooting and failure analysis activities. Coordinate major equipment overhauls and repairs. Ensure critical spare parts availability and inventory management. Support efforts to reduce non-productive time (NPT). Compliance &amp; Safety: Ensure compliance with company HSE standards and maintenance procedures. Participate in audits, inspections, and incident investigations.
