Perform Preventive Maintenance Inspections (PMIs) on the switch and peripheral equipment. Conduct systems checks every 2 hours. Create and update databases in the administrative terminal using information received from users, Raytheon, and DISA. Perform database backups to CD-R discs. Perform database downloads to update switch configurations. Update and print out telephone console information and line strips for users. Fabricate custom interface cables using hand tools and wiring diagrams. Escort individuals requiring access to the Red Switch in the performance of their duties. Ensure that all outages are reported in a timely manner to the DISA GNOSC, NOC-K, TCF, V2X management for tracking in Army Enterprise Service Management Platform (AESMP) ticketing system.
