The Supply Chain Director will provide strategic leadership across procurement, sourcing, logistics, warehousing, inventory management, supplier governance and international distribution. Maintain safety of products displayed to customers and communicate promptly to the superiors about any potential theft</p><p>7. You will oversee the day-to-day operation of the Team Member Accommodation, ensuring that accommodation standards are maintained while coordinating effectively with Housekeeping, maintenance, Security, transportation providers, and suppliers.</p>

<li><strong>Manage team member accommodation operations:</strong> Oversee the daily operation of the Team Member Accommodation and ensure that facilities, common areas, rooms, and services are maintained to the required standards.</li>
<li><strong>Supervise accommodation support teams:</strong> Manage and organize the Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Security teams assigned to the Team Member Accommodation, ensuring effective coordination, coverage, and follow-up of daily requirements.</li>
<li><strong>Assign accommodation:</strong> Coordinate and assign newly joining team members to suitable rooms based on availability, room type, occupancy, and accommodation policies.</li>
<li><strong>Manage accommodation contracts:</strong> Monitor accommodation agreements and contracts, ensure timely renewals, and coordinate with relevant parties regarding any changes or requirements.</li>
<li><strong>Coordinate maintenance activities:</strong> Liaise with the accommodation Maintenance team to organize, follow up, and monitor maintenance works, ensuring that issues are addressed promptly and with minimum disruption to team members.</li>
<li><strong>Coordinate suppliers and purchase orders:</strong> Communicate with suppliers and service providers, coordinate required services and materials, and raise or follow up on purchase orders in accordance with company procedures.</li>
<li><strong>Monitor team member transportation:</strong> Monitor the daily bus schedules between the Team Member Accommodation and the hotel, coordinate with the transportation company and drivers, and ensure that transportation services are provided safely, reliably, and according to the agreed schedule.</li>
<li><strong>Support team member welfare:</strong> Organize and monitor the accommodation environment, respond to team member concerns, and proactively identify opportunities to improve their comfort, safety, and overall living experience.</li>
<li><strong>Conduct regular accommodation inspections:</strong> Carry out routine inspections of rooms, common areas, facilities, and accommodation services to identify cleanliness, maintenance, safety, or operational concerns and ensure appropriate follow-up.</li>
<li><strong>Supervise pest control:</strong> Coordinate and monitor the monthly pest control program, ensuring that scheduled treatments are completed and that team members are properly informed of the required procedures.</li>
<li><strong>Communicate important information:</strong> Inform team members of accommodation-related circulars, rules, procedures, transportation changes, and emergency situations in a clear and timely manner.</li>
<li><strong>Handle emergencies and incidents:</strong> Act as a key point of contact during accommodation-related emergencies and incidents, ensuring that the appropriate departments and management are informed and that necessary actions are taken promptly.</li>
<li><strong>Maintain accommodation records:</strong> Ensure that accommodation records, room assignments, occupancy information, contracts, maintenance issues, inspections, incidents, and other relevant documentation are accurate and up to date.</li>
<li><strong>Prepare management reports:</strong> Prepare and submit monthly accommodation reports covering the overall condition of the accommodation, occupancy, maintenance, incidents, transportation, pest control, operational concerns, and key developments for management review.</li>
<li><strong>Drive continuous improvement:</strong> Identify recurring issues and opportunities to improve accommodation standards, operational efficiency, team member satisfaction, safety, and cost effectiveness.</li>

<p>The Army Aviation Quality Manager is responsible for ensuring effective and efficient execution of the quality program by leading and managing QC personnel in the operation and maintenance of the Program QC Plan. Principal Accountabilities Develops, applies, revises and implements quality assurance plans and audits for products to ensure product quality targets are met. Maintains quality standards for receiving in-process and final inspection in accordance with company and contractual requirements. Reviews, revises and/or write's QA/QC Quality assurance procedures. Establishes, defines, implements, maintains, and reports on quality assurance key performance measures and standards. Performs root cause analysis, implements corrective actions, and monitors progress and improvements. Drives continuous improvement through communication and training on quality standards, requirements, and best practices. Implement and manage the QA/QC Program. Ensure performance and quality of assigned QA/QC function conforms to established standards and governmental agency guidelines to ensure lasting customer satisfaction. Audit procedural elements of program management. Coordinate collection of responses to customer Corrective Action Response (CAR). Services include electrical inspection and repairs of LIFE / HEALTH / SAFETY (LHS) deficiencies, fire prevention assessment and training, storage management of Government Property / Contractor Acquired Property (GP/CAP), construction and operations related inspections and assessments. The work will take place at existing US Military and coalition occupied facilities within the CENTCOM AOR. </p> <p> <strong>What You ll Do:</strong> </p> <p>As a Journeyman Electrician supporting Task Force SAFE, the candidate shall provide electrical inspection, repair, installation, maintenance, and construction expertise. The candidate shall perform electrical system assessments on facilities throughout the CENTCOM AOR including several thousand hardstand buildings and several thousand semi-permanent and temporary facilities and hundreds of facilities under construction.</p> <p>The candidate will identify electrical installations that do not comply with required codes and could contribute to deaths, injuries, fires and/or other electrical hazards. Although not limited in scope, the focus of the investigations shall be on ground fault circuit protection, building ground systems, and equipment bonding deficiencies. Re-inspection of corrected deficiencies may be required.
