<li>Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Robotics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a closely related discipline from an accredited institution.</li>
<li>Eligibility for appointment at the rank of Professor in accordance with AIU's faculty appointment criteria.</li>
<li>Demonstrated expertise in robotics, with particular strength in hardware-integrated systems.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of core Electrical Engineering principles.</li>
<li>Prior teaching experience at the undergraduate and/or graduate level.</li>
<li>Evidence of effective student-centered teaching and sound assessment practices.</li>
<li>Demonstrated experience in curriculum development and continuous program improvement.</li>
<li>Experience supervising undergraduate design projects, capstone projects, and student research.</li>
<li>Established research record with peer-reviewed publications and a clear, sustainable research trajectory.</li>
<li>Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary academic environment.</li>

<p><span>The purpose of this position is to perform and provide counsel on expert emergency, maintenance, testing, engineering, programming, designing, and start-up technical support across any type of electrical or mechanical equipment, systems and subsystems (including software where applicable) from simple to moderately complex in nature.
