The Property Book Clerk / Asset Visibility Specialist supports APS-5 operations by ensuring accurate accountability, visibility, and tracking of Army Prepositioned Stocks equipment. This role validates serial numbers, reconciles shipping documents, maintains property records, and ensures compliance with APS-5 standards, Army Regulations, and government audit requirements. The position plays a key role in equipment readiness and inventory accuracy across APS-5 sites. Responsibilities This position description is subject to change at any time as needed to meet the requirements of the program or company. + Maintain, update, and reconcile property book records using APS‑5 systems such as AWRDS, GCSS‑Army, DPAS, and related accountability databases. + Conduct cyclic, sensitive, and annual inventories ensuring 100% accuracy for APS‑5 equipment sets. + Manage equipment lifecycle actions including receipt, issue, transfer, movement, turn‑in, and reset processes. + Prepare and validate hand receipts, shortage annexes, lateral transfers, reconciliation packets, and adjustment documents. + Perform serial number verification for all vehicles and major end items, including VINs, chassis numbers, engine stamps, and electronic identifiers. + Cross-check physical serial numbers against shipping manifests, APS‑5 movement control documents, AWRDS records, and property book data. Qualifications + Minimum Qualifications: Education/Certifications: One year related experience may be substituted for one year of education, if degree is required. + High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred. + Experience in APS-5 operations, Army logistics, property accountability, or fleet management. + Proficiency with AWRDS, GCSS-Army, DPAS, and other Army automated systems. + Knowledge of AR 710-2, AR 735-5, DA PAM 708-2, and APS-5 SOPs. + Must be able to obtain a Host Country Driver's License + Must be CAC eligible and/or the ability to obtain a CAC + Experience: + Minimum of three (3) years of experience in environmental compliance, OSHA compliance, ISO experience, and hazardous waste management and pollutionprevention. + Proficiency with AWRDS, GCSS-Army, DPAS, and other Army automated systems. + Knowledge of AR 710-2, AR 735-5, DA PAM 708-2, and APS-5 SOPs. + Military background and training beneficial. + Skills: + Ability to instruct small and medium groups of people, Competent in computer operations to include Microsoft Office; Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. + Must have a strong ability to work independently. + Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities. + Working Conditions: + Must be capable of working in an extreme weather conditions with temperatures exceeding 120 degrees Fahrenheit. <p>Job Overview Weatherford is seeking a skilled and results-driven Field Specialist III MPD to join our team. This pivotal role is responsible for optimizing MPD and drilling processes, enhancing efficiency, and driving profitability. The ideal candidate will work closely with country and regional team to ensure accurate reporting and compliance. Additionally, this role plays a key part in conducting Operations safely and with minimal interruption to drilling. The job requires occasional package preparation in the Weatherford base where full compliance to Weatherford performance standards is required.</p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>Conducts maintenance of the Managed Pressure Drilling Services equipment at the job site and workshop when required.</p><p>Responsible for daily MPD reporting, hydraulic calculations, simulations and supervises shift personnel.</p><p>At the discretion of product line management (such as the Engineering Manager, Operations Manager, or their designee) will be responsible for working in the shop.
