<p>POSITION SUMMARY Ensure staff is working together as a team to ensure optimum service and that guest needs are met. Inspect grooming and attire of staff, and rectify any deficiencies. The program provides IT repair, maintenance, operations, logistics, and engineering services to help ensure secure, reliable, and uninterrupted availability of Army Military Intelligence Enterprise IT Systems as well as network administration support for an organization comprised mostly of a Microsoft Enterprise software environment residing on multiple networks.<br> <br>The Network Administrator will be part of a dynamic team supporting customers throughout the ARCENT Area of Responsibility including both U.S. and coalition personnel. <p>Lead, manage and continuously improve the Company&#39;s Information Technology<br>function, including IFS, Infrastructure, Networks, AWS, Azure, Cybersecurity and IT<br>Support, ensuring the delivery of secure, reliable and cost-effective IT services that<br>support business operations and strategic objectives. <p>Duties &amp; Responsibilities<br> Develop and implement the Company&#39;s IT strategy, roadmap and annual IT plan<br>in alignment with business objectives.<br> Lead and manage all IT functions, including IFS, Infrastructure, Networks, AWS,<br>Azure, Cybersecurity, Business Applications and IT Support.<br> Ensure the availability, reliability, security and performance of all business-critical<br>IT systems and services.<br> Establish and monitor departmental KPIs, service levels (SLAs) and performance<br>metrics to ensure high-quality service delivery.<br> Manage the implementation, enhancement and support of IFS and other<br>business applications to meet operational requirements.<br> Lead IT projects and digital transformation initiatives, ensuring timely delivery<br>within approved scope, budget and quality standards.<br> Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions that improve<br>operational efficiency, security and business value.<br> Develop, implement and enforce IT policies, standards and procedures in line<br>with industry best practices and company governance requirements.<br> Ensure the effectiveness of cybersecurity controls, data protection measures,<br>backup processes, disaster recovery and business continuity plans across on-<br>premises infrastructure and AWS/Azure environments.<br> Manage IT risks and ensure compliance with applicable regulations, software<br>licensing requirements and internal policies.<br> Prepare, manage and monitor the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective utilization of<br>technology investments and maximizing return on investment.<br> Manage relationships with external vendors, consultants and service providers,<br>including contract administration and performance evaluation.</p>
