<section><p class="heading jdMain">Job Description</p><p class="heading">Roles &amp; Responsibilities</p><div class="paragraph"><p>Supervise and control the entire drilling operation activities during the night shift, ensuring the successful completion of the well and drilling activities while liaising closely with Senior Tool Pusher or deputize for the Senior Tool Pusher when required. At all times considering the safety of personnel, the environment, and equipment to maximize drilling operation efficiency.</p><p>Ensures the safety of personnel, equipment, and the efficiency of operations on the drill floor and other drilling operation associated areas. Plans and schedules all drilling and associated activity. Directs personnel towards achieving optimum job performance according to the client s requirements. Ensures any deviation from client well plan (Game Plan) is approved by STP, and that Client representative has documented in written form, and that necessary management of change or deviation is approved in Synergi prior to operation starts. Consult with the STP and Client s Representative regarding the progress of the Drilling program and associated operations, keeping the driller informed about the ongoing drilling program objectives and communicating any changes in plans. Ensure that space-out drawings are correct and are posted in the drillers cabin. Overseeing that post-jarring sheet are filled out and understood by the driller. Relieve the Driller at the Driller s console as operational requirement demands. Ensures that all necessary equipment is ready for the next phase of the Drilling / Workover program and that necessary rig procedures, including JSA and PTW, are prepared on time and with good quality for the actual operations. Assists &amp; supervises drilling crew at the location at all relevant times, ensuring circulating time is sufficient and the well is stable on trips, when the BHA is being worked and whenever there is a hole problem. Operates the drilling unit with strict adherence to company Drilling &amp; Well Control manuals, by reviewing and approving all drilling related work permits.</p><p>Ensure that well control requirements are in place according to operational requirements - assist in supervising well killing operations in any well control situation. Plans &amp; monitors comprehensive well control parameters to proactively identify any signs of well control issues for early detection and swift response. Maintains and regularly tests well control equipment, in accordance with Company s and Client s requirement, ensuring its readiness and effectiveness in critical situations. Perform all well control calculations (i.e., mud weight increase, initial and final circulating pressures, number of strokes, etc.).</p><p>To be part of the Rig s Emergency Response Team as detailed in the Emergency Plan and Company Procedures. Ensure that all personnel are instructed in the procedures to be adopted in the case of an emergency. Ensure that Well Control and general safety drills are held and recorded in accordance with Company requirements.</p><p>Assist STP in ensuring the location has sufficient stock of parts and materials to perform drilling and associated operations as per contractual requirements. Ensure planned maintenance and repair of drilling equipment including draw-works, mud pumps, top drive, rotary table, and BOP are completed and documented to ensure optimum condition and proper availability of required tools. Responsible for housekeeping standards in all drilling areas, sack store and mud pump room.</p><p>Support STP in planning all related rigs move activities, equipment, supplies, personnel in compliance with the Rig move Procedures. Assesses the current and new location, considering factors such as safety, lifting equipment availability at location, preparation for rig-up operations, Supervise the Rig move team during rigging down and rigging up activities to ensure they are followed efficiently and safely.</p><p>Develops and maintains positive working relationships with other department heads, supervisors, operator's representatives, subcontractors, and all personnel on the rig. Responds to client requests and needs concerning materials, equipment, and personnel after getting adequate management approval.</p><p>Maintains proper logs and records, promptly submitting required reports as per company protocols and regulatory standards. Prepare accurate and timely reports, including daily drilling reports, equipment status reports and incident reports, to document drilling activities and operational performance. Review all operational/technical bulletins, communicate pertinent points to crew members and implement all directives as required. Assist STP in initiating, monitoring, and recording all maintenance and repairs work in collaboration with maintenance department.</p><p>Provide clear instructions to their team regarding their duties, responsibilities, and any necessary safety precautions prior to commencing work. Mentor, develop and train their team to ensure safe and effective operations. Identifies opportunities for skill and career advancement, works to support the professional growth of their team members. Ensure their team receives the necessary required training to perform their duties safely and effectively through on-the-job training, classroom training and participation in safety drills and exercises. Support, promote and actively participate in ADES s Competency Assurance Program for their team. Evaluates the performance of their team on constant and fair feedback basis, identify areas for improvement, drive ADVANCE process to formalize a performance management culture.</p></div></section><section><p class="heading">Desired Candidate Profile</p><p class="paragraph"></p><p>Minimum education level required: High School or Vocational/Technical Qualification.</p><p>Minimum (8) years of working experience in land drilling and workover operations with contractors with a career history showing time served as Assistant Driller, Driller, and Tool pusher.</p><p>Must have working experience on Onshore rigs.</p><p>Fluent in English (written &amp; spoken).</p><p>PC literate in Microsoft Office</p><p>Advanced Mathematical skills adding, subtracting, dividing, multiplying , drilling practice, drilling fluids.</p><p>Leadership, Situation Awareness, Communication, Teamwork, Performance shaping factors stress and fatigue, inspecting work.</p><p>Regularly climbing (stairs, ladders).</p><p>Regularly bending, twisting, and standing.</p><p>Ability to work outdoors under all extreme weather conditions (Noise / Humidity / Cold / Heat etc.).</p><p>Ability to work on day/night shifts.</p><p>As per ADES Training Matrix.</p><p>Valid Well Control (Well Sharp / IADC) Certificate.</p><p></p></section>

Duties include installing and maintaining visual landing aids; testing and maintaining launch and recovery equipment using electric and mechanical test equipment and hand tools; activating airfield arresting systems, such as crash barriers and cables, during emergency landing situations; directing aircraft launch and recovery operations using hand or light signals; and maintaining logs of airplane launches, recoveries, and equipment maintenance. Provide operation, maintenance, inspection, and repair of power generation systems and equipment such as diesel generators and light carts.</p><p><strong>Major Responsibilities:</strong> Installs, removes, and operates electrical power generating and control systems, automatic transfer switches, aircraft arresting systems, and associated equipment. Checks equipment for serviceability. Positions equipment such as gasoline and diesel engines, generators, switchgears, air compressors, and other power generating auxiliary equipment. Installs, positions, rewinds, and pretensions aircraft arresting systems. Certifies aircraft arresting systems as required. Checks installed equipment to ensure compliance with publications, policies, and directives. Inspects, tests, and services component systems such as safety, fuel, lubrication, cooling, air pressure, pumps, regulators, governors, and accessory equipment. Observes and interprets instruments such as ammeters, voltmeters, frequency meters, synchro scopes, automatic temperature and pressure recorders, and engine oil, fuel, and coolant gauges. Adjusts engine generator systems to maintain proper voltage, current frequency, and synchronization. Synchronizes multiple generators. Operates high and low voltage switches, circuit breakers, rheostats, and other controls on switchgear and distribution panels. Performs electrical power control and distribution functions. Maintains, modifies, and repairs electrical power generating and control systems, automatic transfer switches, aircraft arresting systems, and associated equipment. Performs inspections and interprets findings to determine corrective action. Identifies and records engine and generator malfunctions. Uses precision test equipment, troubleshoots malfunctions, and inspects parts for excessive wear and other conditions. Removes, repairs, and replaces defective power generating equipment components. Performs corrosion control. Inspects and replaces gauges and meters. Maintains aircraft arresting systems, including electrical, hydraulic, rewind, and pneumatic systems, and other electronic components. Bench checks components and subassemblies. Tests and calibrates repaired items. Reviews performance data and maintenance records to determine adequacy of maintenance. Interprets data related to electrical power generating and aircraft arresting systems to ensure overall mission success. Maintains records. Posts entries on operation, inspection, and maintenance records. Records meter readings, wear and alignment measurements, fuel consumption, and other data in performance logs. Furnishes information for reports and recommends changes to correct defective equipment or improve operating procedures. Complies with environmental policies. Ensure all work areas and equipment are kept clean, orderly and in a safe manner. Performs quality and safety self-inspections. Responsible for proper utilization and safeguarding of all government and contractor provided property (e.g., to include government facilities, equipment and tools). Specific experience in fault isolation and resolution of tactical and strategic environmental systems and their sophisticated electronic support systems. Ability to plan, install, troubleshoot and repair equipment and systems not fully covered by technical manuals, schematics, etc. 4 years experience with HVAC control and monitoring systems and their components. Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS). Expert level experience in design, installation and sustainment of computer controlled environmental systems in mobile secure facilities. Required to meet US Government accepted and industry standards criteria for technically complex computer environmental systems, uninterrupted power distribution systems, and power control equipment. Possess a North American Technician Excellence (NATE) certification. Able to maneuver in small spaces and lift up to 50lbs. US Citizen. Active TS/SCI clearance REQUIRED.</p><p></p></section>
