Client wants to hire a driven Marine Construction Manager for this new Major project. You will be reporting directly into the Project Director on site.
Can you drive the highest quality and production on site all whilst keeping the team safe on site? We are looking for someone that has significant trestle & piling experience. It will be clear from your CV that you have handled Oil & Gas loading facilities of 200 + Meters into sea.
Scope:
• The purpose of the new facility is to handle refined oil products, improving loading and unloading activities at the port and it will complement the infrastructure at the port, which includes an approach trestle
Key elements of the scope include:
• Expansion of port infrastructure: The construction of a new arm facility will augment the existing infrastructure at the pier.
• Handling refined products: The new facility will be capable of handling refined oil products to improve operations boosting overall port efficiency.
• Replacement and upgrades: It involves the demolition and replacement of the arm facility and enhancements to the bunker fuel oil loading capabilities.
• Associated facilities: Beyond the pier, the project will also include other associated civil, electrical, and mechanical works.

• Degree Educated - Civil Engineering
• 8-10 Years Post Graduate Experience on Major Marine Works Projects for Lead (Main Contractor) or specialist sub-contractor
• Experience on QA, paperwork, record keeping , working within a team and sub-contract management
• Self Motivated & disciplined in your role
• Able to relocate and start before the first week in October 2026 absolute latest
• Strong communication, stakeholder and leadership skills
• Full life cycle project management experience from Bid's through to handovers in the arena of Marine construction
• Capable to provide references for NSR Associates to take

<p>Perform daily operational tasks following the brand's established standards. This includes requisitioning product orders, setting up necessary products and equipment for service, and executing opening and closing procedures. Ensure orderliness, tidiness, and smooth operations, and promptly notifying the manager of any observed discrepancies related to procedures, quality, or standards. Address customer inquiries, complaints, and incidents positively, ensuring guest satisfaction through high-quality service. Place orders for necessary items by coordinating directly or indirectly with suppliers, following established guidelines and product-specific requirements. Complete weekly inventory of bar utensils, including recording wastage/breakage, and communicate findings to the manager. Monitor par and stock levels and maintain accurate log sheets (fridge and chiller temperature, vegetable sanitation, etc.).</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>Fluency in English. Specific Expertise Knowledge of different specialty drink items preparations is a plus. High school degree. Zero to two years of experience in F&B Operations, or a similar role.
