The Systems Administrator II is responsible for the administration and operational support for servers, workstations and applications in a Windows Active Directory environment. The candidate must be able to coordinate, troubleshoot and oversee system backups, hardware installation, software installation, and system upgrades. The position will require individuals to solve complex technology problems, providing solutions and mentorship to internal and external customers that will have a positive impact on the day-to-day efficiencies.
