<p>Lumora Clinic is looking for a qualified Senior Specialist / Consultant Dermatologist to deliver high-quality general dermatology care to our patients. Candidates who also bring training or clinical experience in cosmetic/aesthetic dermatology (botulinum toxin, dermal fillers, laser therapy, chemical peels, and similar procedures) are strongly encouraged to apply — this experience qualifies for enhanced compensation and additional performance-based incentives on top of the base package.</p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><p>• Diagnose and treat the full range of general dermatological conditions (medical, surgical, and paediatric dermatology as applicable)</p><p>• Conduct patient consultations, develop treatment plans, and manage ongoing follow-up care</p><p>• Perform minor dermatological procedures (biopsies, excisions, cryotherapy, and similar)</p><p>• Where qualified, deliver cosmetic/aesthetic dermatology services (botulinum toxin, dermal fillers, laser treatments, chemical peels, PRP, etc.)</p><p>• Maintain accurate medical records in line with Kuwait MOH and clinic protocols</p><p>• Collaborate with nursing staff and allied health professionals to ensure a high standard of patient care</p><p>• Keep current with dermatology best practices, patient-safety standards, and continuing medical education</p> </div><h2 class="h5">Skills</h2>
<div data-jb-field="skills"><p><b>Qualifications & Licensing Requirements</b></p><p>• Recognized medical degree (MD / MBBS / MBChB) from an institution on the Kuwait Ministry of Health's approved list</p><p>• Completed dermatology / dermatovenerology specialty training or residency (board certification or recognized equivalent)</p><p>• Minimum 5 years of post-specialty (post-board) clinical experience, consistent with Kuwait MOH's Senior Specialist / Consultant classification</p><p>• Eligible for Kuwait Ministry of Health licensing at Senior Specialist / Consultant level, including:</p><p>• Dataflow Primary Source Verification (PSV) of degrees, licenses, and experience</p><p>• Kuwait MOH Prometric licensing examination (Consultant-level pass threshold)</p><p>• Mandatory structured oral interview with the MOH clinical panel</p><p>• Valid, apostilled police clearance certificate</p><p>• Additional certification or hands-on experience in cosmetic / aesthetic dermatology is a strong advantage</p><p>• Strong command of English (clinical and patient-facing); Arabic is a plus but not required</p><p>• Valid, unrestricted medical license in country of current practice</p></div>
