<p>To lead, develop, implement and manage all company quality sensory evaluation related systems, standards and policies that enable KKD Company to meet consumer expectation by delivering constant and preferable sensory wise products, in compliance requirements across the organisation.. </p><p><br></p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ol><li><b>Establish, roll out, and implement</b> a sensory evaluation program for raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished products.</li><li><b>Develop and maintain up-to-date reference samples</b> for raw materials and finished products.</li><li><b>Execute daily sensory evaluation assessments</b> for the release of finished products and raw materials, including sample preparation and additional sensory analyses in line with KDD-established protocols.</li><li><b>Ensure proper documentation</b> of sensory laboratory activities, maintain all necessary records, and review them periodically to ensure compliance and that documents are accessible only to authorized personnel.</li><li><b>Communicate out-of-specification (OOS) results</b> to the Laboratory Manager, QA/QC Manager, and other relevant stakeholders.</li><li><b>Conduct training and develop a qualified sensory panel</b>, regularly evaluate panelist performance, and ensure the correct implementation of sensory procedures.</li><li><b>Execute and review the shelf-life assessment program</b> in coordination with the Product Development team.</li><li><b>Ensure timely submission of final reports</b> to selected internal and external customers, achieve relevant Quality KPIs, and ensure timely reporting.</li><li><b>Maintain laboratory inventory</b> of consumables and ensure the proper functioning of equipment, including calibration when required, and coordinate with relevant suppliers.</li><li><b>Support the implementation and maintenance of 5S</b> within the sensory laboratory and ensure compliance with 5S standards and audits.</li><li><b>Support investigations of customer complaints and internal non-conformances</b>, participate in root cause analysis exercises, and assist in closing corrective actions.</li><li><b>Maintain GMP standards</b> within the sensory laboratory at all times, participate in annual and customer audits, and ensure that related audit findings are closed in a timely manner.</li><li><b>Respect and adhere to all KDD employee policies and procedures.</b></li><li><b>Comply with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) regulations</b> and working practices of KDD and the State of Kuwait, and ensure that all staff participating in sensory activities follow the required safety practices.</li><li><b>Undertake any additional tasks or duties</b> within or outside the department as directed by the Manager, including but not limited to Root Cause Analysis, Internal Audits, Market Research, and other relevant activities.</li></ol><p><br></p> </div><h2 class="h5">Skills</h2>

<p>To ensure that production/results progress according to schedules. Hygiene and quality standards are maintained, and personnel are utilized in a efficient manner. Roles and Responsibilities: Deputize the Senior QC Affairs Manager. Assess compliance of the finished product against regulations, claims, standards, labeling parameters of all the markets where the products are being sold and report the respective KPIs. Support in the management of all the legal, regulatory and customer standards for KDD, for all our markets and ensure they are kept up to date. Liaise with the local authorities in Kuwait and within the wider GSO region to maintain a strong working relationship with KDD. Ensure that Arabic and English translations are available for all standards. Manages quality systems downstream in the supply chain - i.e. warehouses, distribution and eventually customers, including traceability assessment. Provide training on compliance and other quality matters as assign in warehouses, external partners and internally as required. Support the technical approval of artwork for new products and existing product and packaging changes, verify barcodes, and maintain the respective processes in Oracla and RDnl. To work closely and provide guidance to the R&D department to ensure all new products, ingredients and packaging comply to local and internation authority requirements. Supporting the customer complaint process, by communicating those to the QA Team for investigation and replying to customers on investigation results and enquiries from the KDD support website. Support the process of certification of Quality Marks for relevant KDD products and ensuring all renewals are completed in a timely manner. Support in the fresh milk farms management and report the respective weekly and monthly compliance KPIs. Assist in the visits and inspections by all authorities to KDD premises and communicating to the business any required changes. Working with the Purchasing department regarding Co-packed products within the Gulf region. Participate in Adhoc projects or other tasks as assigned by his Senior. Complying with Health, Safety and Environment regulations and working practices of KDD and the State of Kuwait when carrying out duties.</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>Required Education: Bachelor's degree preferable in Food Science and Technology. Required Professional Skills: A minimum of 7 years' experience in QA, Development or Regulatory within a food manufacturing facility. Preferably certified quality and food safety auditor Understanding of food safety risk and compliance concepts Previous experience working with regulators, authorities, auditors, and legislative systems.</p>
<p>Responsible for efficiently managing and supervising the installation, commissioning, testing, and validation of electrical installations within KDD, ensuring compliance with KDD requirements, international standards, and applicable safety regulations. The role involves reviewing project specifications and user requirements, coordinating electrical works with project teams and contractors, monitoring project progress, and ensuring that all electrical systems are installed and commissioned safely, efficiently, and according to approved specifications and quality standards. Job duties include but are not limited to:</p><ul><li>Review project specifications, drawings, and user requirements to determine electrical installation requirements.</li><li>Supervise and coordinate electrical installation, commissioning, testing, and validation activities.</li><li>Ensure all electrical works are carried out in accordance with KDD standards, approved specifications, international standards, and applicable safety regulations.</li><li>Monitor the progress and quality of electrical works and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.</li><li>Coordinate with Project Managers, engineers, contractors, consultants, and other departments to ensure smooth execution of electrical projects.</li><li>Inspect electrical installations and verify that all works meet approved drawings, specifications, and quality requirements.</li><li>Identify and resolve electrical installation issues, technical problems, and site-related challenges.</li><li>Review and verify electrical drawings, layouts, specifications, and technical documentation.</li><li>Supervise contractors and subcontractors and ensure compliance with project requirements, safety procedures, and quality standards.</li><li>Conduct and oversee testing, commissioning, and validation of electrical systems and equipment.</li><li>Ensure proper documentation of inspections, testing, commissioning, and project handover activities.</li><li>Monitor the use of electrical materials, tools, and equipment and ensure compliance with approved standards.</li><li>Coordinate preventive and corrective actions related to electrical systems and installations.</li><li>Ensure compliance with electrical safety procedures and participate in risk assessments and safety inspections.</li><li>Provide technical guidance and support to electrical technicians and other team members.</li><li>Prepare progress reports and provide regular updates to the Project Manager on project status, issues, and completion.</li><li>Support the preparation of project schedules, resource requirements, and material requirements.</li><li>Ensure that electrical works are completed within the approved scope, schedule, quality, and budget requirements.</li><li>Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Project Manager.</li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><h2>Required Qualification:</h2><p>Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in electrical installation, commissioning, testing, and project supervision. Experience in supervising electrical installation and project activities. Experience in coordinating contractors and subcontractors for electrical works. <p>Responsible for leading and overseeing the daily activities of the UHT Products Warehouse, ensuring proper storage of UHT products according to temperature, quality, safety, and shelf-life requirements. The role provides leadership and guidance to Supervisors and warehouse staff, ensures accurate inventory management and order fulfillment, coordinates with Sales Dispatch for timely shipments, and drives continuous improvement in warehouse efficiency and operations</p><p><b>Key Duties & Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>Lead and oversee daily operations in the UHT Products Warehouse.</li><li>Ensure UHT products are stored according to temperature and quality standards.</li><li>Supervise and guide Supervisors and warehouse staff in daily operations.</li><li>Oversee picking, packing, and dispatching of UHT products accurately and on time.</li><li>Review cycle counts and stock verification and resolve inventory discrepancies.</li><li>Coordinate with the Sales Dispatch Office to prioritize orders and ensure timely shipment.</li><li>Drive continuous improvement in warehouse efficiency, space utilization, and inventory accuracy.</li><li>Ensure compliance with KDD safety protocols and identify and mitigate workplace hazards.</li><li>Oversee warehouse equipment and coordinate maintenance or support when required.</li><li>Ensure proper handling and storage of products in line with safety, quality, and shelf-life requirements.</li><li>Resolve operational challenges and improve warehouse workflows.</li><li>Deputize for the Manager Finished Goods Storage when required.</li><li>Lead HSE compliance, safety inspections, hazard reporting, and HSE audits.</li><li>Support manpower planning and identify staffing shortages or unutilized manpower.</li><li>Provide leadership, mentorship, and performance support to Supervisors and warehouse staff.</li><li>Provide input on performance appraisals, promotions, increments, and training needs.</li><li>Delegate tasks and responsibilities to ensure smooth warehouse operations.</li><li>Monitor attendance and leave and ensure adequate replacements.</li><li>Prepare and submit regular and customized operational reports to the Direct Manager.</li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>Minimum 9 years of experience in Warehouse Operations within Dairy Manufacturing, FMCG, or a related field . Previous experience in a supervisory role is required. Diploma in Supply Chain Management or a related field . Bachelor's Degree in a related field is preferred . Good command of English or Arabic , both verbal and written.</p>
<p><strong>Job Summary:</strong> Maintenance Technician - Utility is responsible for the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of utility systems, including ammonia Cooling Plant, HVAC, boilers, compressors, chillers, water treatment, and other essential plant utilities. The role ensures equipment efficiency, reliability, and compliance with safety and environmental regulations.</p><p><strong>Job duties include but are not limited to:</strong></p><ul><li>Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on ammonia cooling plants, boilers, pumps, air compressors, PHE HVAC systems, chillers, cooling towers, and water treatment plants to ensure continuous operation.</li><li>Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, and hydraulic issues in utility equipment.</li><li>Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.</li><li>Record and report maintenance activities, breakdowns, and spare part usage.</li><li>Assist in the installation and commissioning of new utility equipment.</li><li>Monitor energy consumption and recommend efficiency improvements.</li><li>Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and adhere to safety protocols.</li><li>Collaborate with the production and engineering teams to minimize downtime.</li><li>Maintain an inventory of tools, spare parts, and consumables required for maintenance tasks.</li><li>Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns and provide technical support.</li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li>Diploma or technical certification in Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Maintenance.</li><li>Minimum 3-5 years of experience in utility maintenance within a manufacturing or industrial setting.</li><li>Strong knowledge of boilers, chillers, air compressors, HVAC systems, and water treatment plants.</li><li>Experience with preventive maintenance programs and CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).</li><li>Familiarity with industrial safety standards and regulatory compliance.</li><li>Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.</li><li>Hands-on experience with troubleshooting and repair of electrical and mechanical components.</li><li>Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Excellent communication and documentation skills.</li><li>Attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintenance.</li><li>Willingness to work in shifts and respond to emergency calls.</li><li>Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces.</li><li>Comfortable working in high-temperature and noisy environments.</li><li>Standing, climbing, and bending as required during maintenance tasks.</li><li>Industrial/manufacturing setting with exposure to mechanical and electrical equipment.</li><li>Requires adherence to safety protocols and use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).</li></ul>
