The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in fostering an inclusive learning environment and providing essential support to students across all grade levels.</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Education, with a Special Education background (REQUIRED)</li><li>Master's degree in Education</li><li>Competent in Inclusive Education</li><li>6+ years of teaching experience working with elementary, middle, and high school students, offering academic, social, emotional, and behavioral support</li><li>5+ years of experience in a similar position</li><li>Bilingual; Fluency in English required</li><li>Able to manage staffing, scheduling, data collection, and departmental reporting</li><li>Able to lead, support, and advise on a variety of learning strategies to the learning support team.</li></ul>
