<ol><li><p>Lead reservoir engineering studies for <strong>HPHT, deep, tight, naturally fractured carbonate reservoirs</strong>, primarily involving gas-condensate systems.</p></li><li><p>Perform <strong>reservoir management, optimization, and production performance analysis</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Develop and maintain <strong>dynamic reservoir simulation models</strong>, including history matching, forecasting, and integrated asset simulation.</p></li><li><p>Conduct <strong>PTA/RTA, material balance, pressure decline analysis, and nodal analysis</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Prepare <strong>production forecasts, reservoir performance forecasts, and uncertainty/sensitivity analyses</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Provide technical input to <strong>Field Development Plans (FDPs), depletion strategies, well placement, infill drilling, and reservoir development optimization</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Evaluate reservoir pressure, fluid properties, well performance, production trends, and <strong>gas-condensate behavior</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Review and integrate <strong>PVT, SCAL/RCAL, well-test, pressure, geological, petrophysical, and production data</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Evaluate alternative development scenarios and recommend optimum <strong>reservoir recovery and management strategies</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Support <strong>IOR/EOR studies</strong> and identify opportunities to improve hydrocarbon recovery.</p></li></ol><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ol><li><p><strong>BSc Degree</strong> in Petroleum Engineering, Reservoir Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.</p></li><li><p><strong>Minimum 12 years of hands-on reservoir engineering experience</strong>, supported by employment/service certificates.</p></li><li><p>Proven experience with <strong>HPHT, deep/tight, naturally fractured carbonate reservoirs</strong>, preferably <strong>gas-condensate reservoirs</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Strong experience in <strong>reservoir management, optimization, production forecasting, and Field Development Plans</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Proven experience in <strong>dynamic reservoir simulation, history matching, forecasting, and integrated asset simulation</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Strong hands-on experience in <strong>PTA/RTA, material balance, pressure decline analysis, and nodal analysis</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Experience with <strong>SCAL/RCAL</strong> and reservoir data acquisition and analysis.</p></li><li><p>Experience with <strong>unconventional/tight and naturally fractured reservoirs</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Strong knowledge of <strong>PVT, gas-condensate behavior, well testing, reservoir pressure, and fluid properties</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Advanced proficiency in reservoir engineering software such as <strong>ECLIPSE, Petrel RE, CMG, navigator, Saphir, PVTi, PVTsim, MBAL, and OFM</strong>.</p></li><li><p><strong>MSc Degree</strong> in Petroleum/Reservoir Engineering or a related discipline is an added advantage.</p></li></ol>
<ol><li><p>Lead Oil & Gas production optimization and well performance activities for HPHT, deep, naturally fractured carbonate reservoirs, including gas-condensate systems.</p></li><li><p>Lead well intervention, workover, and production enhancement activities.</p></li><li><p>Develop and review well completion and intervention programs.</p></li><li><p>Analyze production, pressure, PVT, well-test, and reservoir performance data.</p></li><li><p>Perform production forecasting and identify opportunities to maximize deliverability and recovery.</p></li><li><p>Lead well and reservoir simulation studies to support production optimization and field development decisions.</p></li><li><p>Evaluate performance, production constraints, and reservoir behavior, and recommend appropriate remedial actions.</p></li><li><p>Support artificial lift and other production optimization strategies were applicable.</p></li><li><p>Provide technical input to field development, depletion, and reservoir management plans.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate with Reservoir Engineering, Drilling, Completions, Production, and Operations teams.</p></li></ol><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ol type="1"><li><p>Bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferably Petroleum, Chemical, Mechanical, or a related engineering discipline.</p></li><li><p>Strong experience in Oil & Gas production, well intervention, well completion, and petroleum engineering simulations.</p></li><li><p>Proven experience with HPHT, deep, naturally fractured carbonate reservoirs and gas-condensate reservoirs is highly desirable.</p></li><li><p>Strong knowledge of production optimization, well performance, reservoir behavior, and production forecasting.</p></li><li><p>Experience in well intervention, workover, completion design, and production enhancement activities.</p></li><li><p>Strong understanding of PVT, pressure analysis, well testing, and reservoir/production data interpretation.</p></li><li><p>Hands-on experience with relevant petroleum engineering and reservoir simulation software.</p></li><li><p>MSc in Petroleum Engineering or related discipline is an added advantage.</p></li><li><p>Strong analytical, problem-solving, technical reporting, and decision-making skills.</p></li><li><p>Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and provide technical guidance.<br><br></p></li></ol>
