<section><p class="heading jdMain">Job Description</p><p class="heading">Roles & Responsibilities</p><div class="paragraph"><ul><li><p>Prepares Contract Baseline Schedule and/or Revised Schedules in co-ordination with the Project Team for Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning phases of the EPC Project.</p></li><li><p>Assists the Project Controls Manager at project start in the preparation of all reports and/or registers to assure the implementation of the following procedures:</p></li><li><p>Control of Planning & Scheduling</p></li><li><p>Progress Measurement</p></li><li><p>Reporting</p></li><li><p>Reviews the project schedule updates done by the planner and liaise & coordinate with the different project teams in order to maintain proper progress recording and/or monitoring of the project schedule.</p></li><li><p>In coordination/consultation with the Project Controls Manager, highlights to the Project’s Management any deviation and/or delays from the approved plan.</p></li><li><p>Participates in coordination with the project controls manager in the preparation of claims & extension of time using the appropriate delay analysis method.</p></li><li><p>Liaises and assists the project controls manager in preparing weekly & monthly reports, budget preparation and maintains proper project planning records.</p></li><li><p>Participates in periodic site meetings to elaborate the project’s schedule and the progress status. In addition, to record any suggested changes and/or deviations from the plan and to advise of its effect on the overall schedule.</p></li><li><p>Performs any other related duties as assigned.</p></li></ul></div></section><section><p class="heading">Desired Candidate Profile</p><p class="paragraph"></p><ul><li><p>University degree in Engineering.</p></li><li><p>Minimum 15 years’ relevant experience.</p></li><li><p>Experience in EPC Projects above US$ 100M with ADNOC (or equivalent) with direct involvement in Engineering, Procurement and Construction is essential.</p></li><li><p>Previous employment with leading EPC contractors is highly preferable.</p></li><li><p>Capability to perform under stressful situations.</p></li><li><p>Substantial planning, delay analysis and schedule risk analysis.</p></li><li><p>Experience in engineering, procurement, construction, pre-commissioning and commissioning phases.</p></li><li><p>Fluency in the English language.</p></li><li><p>Proficiency in Primavera P6 and schedule quality compliance.</p></li></ul><p></p></section>
