<p>Job Title: Solution Architect (Automotive) Location: Kuwait Experience: 9+ Years in Salesforce (3+ Years as Solution Architect Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect to lead the end-to-end architecture for a large-scale CRM transformation program. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in enterprise CRM platforms, solution architecture, integrations, data architecture, and stakeholder management. You will work closely with business leaders, delivery teams, and System Integrators (SI) to design scalable, secure, and future-ready CRM solutions.</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><br><br><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li><p>Lead end-to-end CRM solution architecture across business, application, data, and integration layers.</p></li><li><p>Design scalable, secure, and high-performing CRM solutions aligned with enterprise standards.</p></li><li><p>Conduct solution design workshops and translate business requirements into technical solutions.</p></li><li><p>Define integration architecture for CRM with ERP, Finance, DMS, Customer Portals, Marketing platforms, and Data Warehouses.</p></li><li><p>Review and approve solution designs, integration specifications, and data models.</p></li><li><p>Define data architecture, migration strategy, governance, and data quality standards.</p></li><li><p>Provide technical leadership during design, development, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.</p></li><li><p>Work closely with System Integrators, vendors, and internal teams to ensure architectural consistency.</p></li><li><p>Present architecture decisions, risks, and recommendations to business and executive stakeholders.</p><br></li></ul><p><strong>Required Skills & Experience</strong></p><ul><li><p>9+ years of experience as a Solution/Technical Architect on enterprise CRM or Digital Transformation projects.</p></li><li><p>Strong experience with CRM platforms such as <strong>Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP CRM, or HubSpot Enterprise</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Expertise in Enterprise Integration, REST APIs, Middleware, Data Architecture, and Solution Governance.</p></li><li><p>Experience working in multi-vendor environments with System Integrators (SI).</p></li><li><p>Strong understanding of enterprise security, compliance, and architecture frameworks.</p></li><li><p>Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.</p><br></li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.</p></li><li><p><strong>TOGAF Certification</strong> preferred.</p></li><li><p>Salesforce Architect / Microsoft Dynamics 365 Architect or equivalent CRM certifications are an added advantage.</p><br></li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Profile</strong></p><ul><li><p>Experience leading enterprise CRM transformation programs.</p></li><li><p>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.</p></li><li><p>Ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams.</p></li><li><p>Experience in C-level stakeholder engagement and enterprise architecture governance.</p></li></ul>

<p>To provide specialized services related to the design and construction of orthodontic appliances, and to participate in prosthetics work covering both full and partial removable appliances.</p><p>Design and construct the orthodontic appliances for each case by receiving master impression from orthodontic clinic via supervisor and discusses course of action, duration of work and potential problems with supervisor. </p><p>Specialized in the technical aspect of orthodontic work according to the latest technology applied i.e. construct appliances to the specification of the orthodontist by preparing study models, fixing springs, retraction hooks and expansion screws to ensure desired effect, assembling on to a master model, waxing on to a base and processing in acrylic resin.</p><p>Construct both full and partially upper and lower denture by designing wax bite block, selecting teeth and carving them to desired shape, processing with acrylic resin and trimming and polishing. </p><p>Design and construct silver cap splints for (fractured jaws) injuries by preparing a model on an articulator to re-produce patient bites, involves positioning, locking plates and soldering the splints to the locking plates. </p><p>Carries out other related duties such as maintaining workbench equipment in a safe manner, assisting colleagues by undertaking prosthetic activities as workload demands. </p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>Education: Diploma in Dental Technology plus advanced diploma (or equivalent experiences) from a recognized institution.</p><p>Experience: 6 years.</p><p>Practicing license from Ministry of Health – Kuwait. </p>

<ul><li><p>Oversee and ensure compliance with environmental regulations, permits, and company policies, minimizing environmental impact.</p></li><li><p>Conduct regular inspections and audits of operational areas to identify potential environmental hazards and ensure corrective actions are taken.</p></li><li><p>Develop and implement environmental management systems (EMS) and programs to improve sustainability performance and reduce waste.</p></li><li><p>Investigate environmental incidents, spills, and releases, determining root causes and recommending preventative measures.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>Diploma in Engineering ( 3 Years full time course) or Science Graduate or Diploma in Environmental Studies from a recognized Institution.</p><p>NEBOSH Certified</p><p>Must have attended a Safety course (Safety Diploma)</p><p>Minimum 5 - 7 Years experience in Environment refinarys / Oil & Gas Construction activities as Environmental Supervisor in a Chemical, Petroleum, or Petrochemical plant.</p><p>Must have Good Communication Skills & Computer Knowledge to Prepare Weekly / Monthly HSE Reports.</p><p>Knowledge about ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 is preferred</p>

<p>Primary Responsibilities: To work cooperatively within the well testing team to deliver high-quality job with full adherence to HSE requirements.</p><p>Responsibilities: Promote safety culture and to carry out his duties in a safe manner. Maintain well testing unit, auxiliary equipment s and tools in proper condition. Ensure necessary set of equipment s assigned to his/her cell are in proper place and in perfect operational condition for a job. Understand well site operational safety hazards and familiar with emergency response plan. Report HSE and operational observations, hazard &amp; risk assessment, near miss incidents and accident etc. in proper way. Ensure compliance on substance abuse requirements, duty of care, transportation safety requirements, working at height, and other applicable HSE procedures. Assist chief operator and supervisor in all phases of job preparation, well testing and preventive maintenance. Assist crew chief with restocking of well site supplies. Keep the area of work neat and tidy. Must comply with all OIMS procedures that are applicable to the job being carried out, and meet the annual HSE objective being assigned. Other activities as delegated.</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>Should have good knowledge in well testing operations or any relevant experienced in same domain and firm awareness about HSE requirements in oil and gas industry</p>
