<p>The Mechanical Technician Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Inspect, repair, maintain, and pressure test Liner Hanger systems and related equipment.</li><li>Disassemble, clean, assemble, and refurbish Liner Hanger tools according to OEM procedures.</li><li>Diagnose equipment failures and perform troubleshooting and corrective maintenance.</li><li>Conduct dimensional inspections, function testing, and quality checks to ensure equipment readiness.</li><li>Complete maintenance records, work orders, and inspection documentation accurately.</li><li>Ensure compliance with HSE, quality, and operational standards.</li><li>Safely operate workshop machinery, lifting equipment, and testing equipment.</li><li>Provide technical support and guidance to junior technicians when required.</li></ul><p>Skills:</p><ul><li>Liner Hanger equipment maintenance and repair and wellbore cleaning WBC and Cementing Head</li><li>Mechanical troubleshooting and failure analysis</li><li>Pressure testing and function testing</li><li>Assembly and disassembly of downhole tools</li><li>Precision measuring and quality inspection</li><li>Reading technical drawings and maintenance procedures</li><li>Root cause analysis and problem-solving</li><li>Strong safety awareness and teamwork</li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>Diploma in Engineering or related discipline.</p><p>4 6 years of experience in Liner Hanger equipment repair and maintenance within the Oil &amp; Gas industry.</p><p>Hands-on experience with hydraulic and mechanical Liner Hanger systems, running tools, packers, and related downhole equipment.</p><p>Knowledge of pressure testing, dimensional inspection, and equipment certification processes.</p><p>Forklift, crane, or lifting equipment certification preferred.</p><p>Ability to work in a workshop and field support environment.</p><p>Willingness to travel up to 10% as required.</p>

<p>To provide specialized services related to the design and construction of orthodontic appliances, and to participate in prosthetics work covering both full and partial removable appliances.</p><p>Design and construct the orthodontic appliances for each case by receiving master impression from orthodontic clinic via supervisor and discusses course of action, duration of work and potential problems with supervisor. </p><p>Specialized in the technical aspect of orthodontic work according to the latest technology applied i.e. construct appliances to the specification of the orthodontist by preparing study models, fixing springs, retraction hooks and expansion screws to ensure desired effect, assembling on to a master model, waxing on to a base and processing in acrylic resin.</p><p>Construct both full and partially upper and lower denture by designing wax bite block, selecting teeth and carving them to desired shape, processing with acrylic resin and trimming and polishing. </p><p>Design and construct silver cap splints for (fractured jaws) injuries by preparing a model on an articulator to re-produce patient bites, involves positioning, locking plates and soldering the splints to the locking plates. </p><p>Carries out other related duties such as maintaining workbench equipment in a safe manner, assisting colleagues by undertaking prosthetic activities as workload demands. </p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>Education: Diploma in Dental Technology plus advanced diploma (or equivalent experiences) from a recognized institution.</p><p>Experience: 6 years.</p><p>Practicing license from Ministry of Health – Kuwait. </p>
