<p><strong>Position: Accounts Manager
Location: Kuwait
Key Responsibilities
</strong>Manage day-to-day accounting operations, AP & AR, and financial reporting.
Prepare and review MIS reports, P&L, financial analysis, and variance analysis.
Manage budgeting, forecasting, costing, and cash flow.
Oversee inventory accounting, inventory reconciliation, and working capital management.
Ensure timely bank and inter-unit reconciliations.
Manage fund management, CAPEX, projects, and investment accounting.
Ensure compliance with IFRS, VAT/GST, taxation, and statutory requirements.
Coordinate internal and external audits and strengthen financial controls.
Support ERP implementation, finance process automation, and system improvements.
Review payroll accounting and statutory compliance.
Provide financial insights and reports to support management decision-making.
Lead and guide the finance/accounts team to ensure accuracy and timely completion of activities.<strong>
Qualifications & Experience
</strong>Masters/Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field.
CA/ACCA/CMA/CPA or equivalent qualification preferred.
6–10 years of relevant accounting/finance experience, preferably in retail, FMCG, trading, or a multi-unit environment.
Strong ERP knowledge with hands-on experience in financial reporting, taxation, budgeting, and accounting operations.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li><p>Experience in <strong>Sales Operations</strong>, <strong>Cash Flow Management</strong>, and financial oversight.</p></li><li><p>Experience in <strong>Retail</strong> or <strong>FMCG Distribution</strong> industries preferred.</p></li><li><p>Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and business acumen.</p></li><li><p>Excellent communication and team coordination abilities.</p></li><li><p>Keralite candidates preferred.</p></li></ul>
